They are the best! Took care of persistent termite problem that failed to be corrected by another exterminator for 5 years. Also has taken care of other issues, quickly and effectively and professionally every time. I would highly recommend them!

My wife and I were moving slowly on one of the first sunny and warm Saturdays of Spring 2011. We opened the door to our front porch, and there, sitting on the sill of one of the picture windows, was an adult gray squirrel. Shutting the door behind me (my wife was already freaking-​out inside), I quickly saw how it had pushed down the top of an old fashioned storm window and screen to enter.
Tactic one was to prop the front door and screen open, in the hope that it would find its way out. After 3 hours, no such luck. I then began hitting the phones for a professional able to put this misplaced critter out of our misery. Arnold’s Pest Control arrived 90 minutes later, setting a box trap. The little puffball didn’t take long to find itself incarcerated.
A quick call to Arnold’s had the trap picked up an hour later. Effective, professional and fast, Arnold’s did a great job. $ 80 later I know that I did my part to send a disadvantaged rodent to Summer camp at a nearby Reservation. I would be less than honest if I didn’t confess that less humane alternatives crossed my mind first– fortunately, they weren’t necessary.
