Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. 23 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I had entered the small store. Maybe it was the sales reps behind the counter flirting with a customer. Maybe it was because most of the employees were busy with their personal cell phones. When I did finally get a ticket to get my phone fixed, 2.5 hours for a completion time. No thanks, I’ll drive from cranberry to McKnight road. Better yet, I’ll go to verizon.

This location has service and repair and the most customer satisfaction I have ever seen for being a cellular store they really go above and beyond and take their time with their customers. You really get a lot for your money and they seem to have the best value out there plan wise.
