Such a nice stay. The woman at the front desk greeted me every evening when I was here for work. I came home every night to a fresh turn-down service. There is a keurig in the room and coffee was always stocked. They also provide you with LA Fresh Wipes(my favorite!) and bath and body works shampoo/conditioner(they don’t skimp on the nice touches!) The continental breakfast had great healthy options including fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs & oatmeal cups in additional to the normal egg/bacon fare. The hotel doesn’t look like much from the hallways; but the rooms are very nice. The view outside is rural, but fantastic.

This location in Oil City is a relatively new property. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I stay in an average of comparable hotels at least 75 nights a year. This property is near the top of the properties I have stayed at. I had no issues and the employees were friendly and helpful. Great job by all. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I am in the area. Thank you for catering to business and recreation travelers as well as you do.

Buyer beware! :Old worn out hotel. Not up to usual Holiday Inn standards. Entrance and signage looks like it is one of the nicer remodeled motels, but rooms are dumpy and worn out(think 1960s). Choose one of the several other motels at this exit.

Our family stayed at this hotel for 2 nights recently and had a very good experience. We had reserved a block of rooms because most of the extended family was in town for a funeral. We arrived from CT, others from as far away as France. The hotel itself was clean and up to the standards of other hotels I’ve stayed at in the price range. The staff was very friendly yet professional. They put our group on the 3rd floor all together, families with kids on one wing, and those without kids on another. They accommodated requests like cribs in rooms, etc. The front desk employee Amber was particularly friendly and helpful. The hotel offered everything our group needed to feel at home over our stay. There was a good sized pool for the kids to enjoy, a fitness center, free Internet access, and free hot breakfast. The food wasn’t spectacular, but it was on par with typical hotel breakfasts. Plus there’s Clark’s Donuts right around the corner, which has the best donuts in PA as far as I’m concerned. The breakfast was served in the common area adjacent to check-in, which served as a congregating point for our group. The staff never seemed to mind our family kind of taking over the place! The area also turned into our family’s viewing spot for playoff football, since it had lots of seating and a big HDTV. There are really only two hotels in this area, this one and the Quality Inn 15 minutes away in Franklin. They could have delivered worse service and gotten away with it because of the lack of options, but they didn’t. We will definitely stay there again when visiting family in that area. Thank you!

For a hotel built only six years ago, the quality is lacking. Walls are thin, allowing us to be awakened by a snoring guest next door. The plumbing in our bathroom was falling apart. I’ve never seen a rocking toilet before, and I can do without seeing one again.

I have no idea why you would end up in Cranberry, but I did so there must be a good reason. This is the place to stay. It’s newer, clean, great water pressure, but the towels were a little stiff. It was very comfortable and they even have snacks and water waiting for you in your room. It made my week stay in cranberry bearable.

My review is the exact opposite of the previous post. I stayed there for 8 nights for Business. I actually enjoyed it a lot. There was free Breakfast, Wifi, newspapers and some bottles of water for you as well. But aside from that, the staff was very friendly, bathroom was clean and my bed was really comfortable. My rate was around $ 100 with the AAA Membership discount. Another thing to note, the hotel is pretty new so it is kept in good shape as well. If I ever went to Cranberry again, I would stay there.

*Stay away 1. Booked non-smoking, they put me into a smoking room. It stunk SO bad, instant headache. And I don’t mind smokey bars. 2. Hairs everywhere on the floor. Insanely gross. 3. Stains on the bathroom ceiling. 4. Beds were hard and felt dirty. 5. $ 143 not well spent. Stay away.
