Tonight was my first and last time visiting this studio. We took our children out for a Christmas Photo do be done as a gift. We showed up 10 minutes before our scheduled time and we’re not seen until 50 minutes after our scheduled time. Now I truly understand business. Running a great promotion, under staffed, can’t schedule appointments right, been there done that. But when you have a 9 month old who’s amazing attitude has time limit, it then becomes difficult to come out with great pictures. This is not the true reason for my complaint. Hiring seasonal help is one thing but when you have an associate who is terrible with children and can not speak week when it comes to explaining what your company offers clearly, well that adds to the frustration. I swear anxiety is not even close to how I was feeling during this experience. Now here comes the grand finally, not only do they charge $ 20 for a sheet but when they offer you the disc if you spend $ 100 or more… YOUDONOTRECEIVETHERIGHTSTOYOUROWNPICTURES!!! I could not believe it. I will be sticking with picture people from now on, I just wanted to let other family’s know that just because they are offering a special that looks like a great deal, it is really not worth it.

scheduled an appointment at noon. had 4 families ahead of us when we arrived at 11:55. they said that they were overbooked and had allowed walk-ins to go ahead of us who scheduled weeks in advance. go to picture people, at least you can walk your kids through the mall.

THEMOSTFRUSTERATINGEXPERIENCEEVER!!! I go to a lot of photographers as my daughter is in her first year and I am capturing each month. This studio has some good qualities, the location is good, everyone is very nice and patient, it is comfortable, lots of props/backgrounds and the pictures came out nice. However, the run around with EVERYTHING that you ask for is exhausting. The studio said that they would edit a picture… and didn’t, they wouldn’t put high resolution photos on the disc they give you. the didn’t…they wouldn’t give me a release to pint the pictures on the disc. they messed up the disc and offered to replace it, but I live out of state and they would not mail it to me. the list goes on and on. This studo does half the job that they say they will and definitely doesn’t go above and beyond unless you complain. There are many other studios who do great photo’s in which you don’t have to be so frustrated. I should also mention… I spent almost $ 500 so they got their monies worth. There really isn’t any reason that this has to be so frustrating!
