I got an appointment within 24 hours of my call. That’s almost unheard of! I was scheduled with one physician who started the exam but she quickly realized that another physician in the office would be better suited because of potential surgery that would need to be performed and she went and got the other physician who completed the exam for me. It was super convenient that I didn’t have to come back for a second visit with the second physician and that they just worked me into the schedule. I am super grateful with how reasonable, knowledgable and logical the staff and physicians are in this office. Everything was super smooth. I couldn’t be happier.

I took my kids for their bi annual exam which is covered by my insurance at no expense to me. Well… because my one son has a small glitch in one eye that is no big deal at all simply something that is looked at, similar to a mole, he was sent into insurance as a medical case and his WHOLE VISIT came out of my pocket. They actually tried to bill my other son as a new patient (which we weren’t, we just had not been in a couple years) and code it so THAT wouldn’t be covered but finally resent that for me but wouldn’t budge on my other son’s. Meanwhile this ‘mole’ took all but a half of a second to even look at and I am out $ 135 bucks. It was disappointing that they couldn’t work with me there and I won’t go back.
