I have many allergies to skin care products and my sensitive skin freaks out to a number of products. Tired of having teenage acne at 31 years old, I decided to give Merle Norman products a try. Michele was super nice and gave me some samples to use to ensure I didn’t have a bad reaction to anything before I’d buy it. I fell in love with the face wash/​toner/​moisturizer and made the purchases confident of my decision. Definitely recommend this shop especially if you have sensitive skin or just want the personalized customer service.

I have been using Merle Norman since I was 13 years old, my mother took each of my sisters to get our first «makeover» and to learn how to take care of our skin. I am now 30 years old and get more compliments on my skin than my younger friends. I owe a lot to genetics but I give Merle Norman 5 stars on picking up where natures tends to fall off as we age.
Their skin care line, done properly and faithfully, makes all the difference. The owner, Michele, takes the time to check on my skin for changes and adjust my facial care products to what my skin needs at that particular time.
The prices are comparable to the big guys but its 100% made in the USA and still family owned. Makes you feel even better about your purchase to support small business. I highly recommend stopping in and getting a consultation.

Though their other services may be decent, I was extremely displeased with the service I received. I specifically told the estetician my desires, but she did not listen to me and the result was horrendous. She then had the nerve to ry and ridicule me based on her mistake. Needless to say I will never go back there for anything.
