I am not sure why this place has bad reviews. I will go nowhere else for a mani and pedi – and in Cranberry there are plenty of options. The staff is always friendly enough and they are extremely punctual. The prices are right on point.
*I usually go for the deluxe mani and pedi – totally worth the extra cash.

The guy who did my mani didn’t say one word to me. He was pretty miserable. My results were nice but didn’t last as long as I thought. The place seemed clean.

Had a wonderful experience here. I organized a last minute girls night out here and they brought in enough nail techs to accommodate me and 8 friends. They were nice, fast and professional and I love how the pedicure seats face each other so we were all able to have a large group discussion. They give you a discount too if your party is over 6.

After a failed mani/​pedi attempt on Friday, I thought Sunday morning would be an excellent opportunity. This store opens at 11 am on Sundays, so really, how many people could beat me there? Shouldn’t most people either be at church or hung over from St. Patrick’s Day? No. Three people beat me there. Beth, one of the owners greeted me and advised of a 5 minute wait. And about 10 minutes later, they had filled a basin at one of the massage chairs, so the fun was about it begin. Only the two owners were working. Four customers, do the math.
I was amazed at how quickly John was able to start on my pedicure. And really, he didn’t do that bad of a job. In the meantime, more customers came it. And the juggling continued. The very nice lady sitting next to me was a regular customer. And Beth was taking advantage of that. She left her sitting with her hands in a bowl of water, while she totally painted another customer’s piggies, complete with art work. Then she did my manicure while standing up. She did an almost acceptable job, even based on the ridiculous conditions. I guess she didn’t have time to move me to a table. Then she abandoned the regular customer once again to do another customer’s pedicure.
So, I am left thinking… maybe I should do my own nails? Or I wonder if BJ could be trained? The hunt for a decent nail salon continues…
