My aunt and I stopped through on our way to Denver from Chicago today. Skeptical, because we are Italian, we stopped in this cute family owned restaurant. Food was great, service even better (our server was Amy, so sweet)! I had the penne alla vodka, without chicken, it was delicious! They have large portions as well. Definitely recommend this place if you are passing through or in a surrounding area.

Bella’s is OPEN again! This is it’s 3rd week. We always try to eat here when passing through. As always, food was great. The shrimps were huge and the pesto was perfect. So happy they are back.

Located in Cozad Bella Italia competes with the best Italian food anywhere! Huge fan of Chef Shadi and his wife Becky who have brought a gem of a restaurant to Cozad. Anytime I’m in Cozad I make sure to stop in my favorite Italian restaurant!
I love their pastas, especially the Penne Arrabbiata, Shrimp Cacciatore, fettuccini Alfredo, and Penne Bella Italia. You can also never go wrong with any of the chicken or veal dishes (Marsala, Saltimbocca, Picata, Sorrentino). And of course my favorite, the shrimp maramonti and Nebraska cut steak. Make sure you save room for desert because his homemade tiramisu is amazing!
Service is overly friendly and always helps you find the perfect dish. Great for largest groups, families or couple date. Wish I lived closer but always look forward to a quality Italian dinner at Bella Italia!

On my way to Maine from Utah… Overnighting in the area & saw the rating on this place; thought I would give it a shot, locals seem to like it…
Wow, what a surprise, first class Italian food, at a low price.
If you are staying within 10 miles, don’t look elsewhere, just go there…

This place is fantastic. We have lived on the East Coast for over 20 years and have never had Italian has good as this. Terrific Veal Parmesan. Shrimp miramonti is superb. We have never had a bad meal. And just like any good Italian restaurant, limoncello is available. Super friendly service with Becky and Savannah. The very best.
