Great delivery/​takeout. Drivers are always so polite and get there in reasonable time.
Also when you eat in all the servers are so polite and are kid friendly. Perfect stop after a day at Windham mountain!
Get the sausage soup and the veal cutlet!

Conveniently located on the crossroads between the Catskills and Albany it offers the satisfaction of a good meal at late hours. Walking with no expectations you might leave with a burning sensation especially after putting some of their hot wing sauce on their crisp New York style pizza. It’s an eye opening experience and a mouth watering takeaway… A crowd pleaser for sure.

The only decent place to get a dinner out in Coxsackie. The pizza is great and the pasta dishes are good. Large portions. The house dressing is fantastic. Staff is friendly. Definitely worth stopping.

After a day of skiing at windham we found Paul’s on Unilocal.My son wanted pizza and this popped up as close to our hotel. Well, being from NYC we are kind of pizza snobs. But my son declared this ‘the best pizza ever!’ Service was great, people were nice. We would highly recommend Paul’s.

Pretty awful, in my opinion. I ordered the chicken fresca and it came with absolutely no sauce, so all the pasta had stuck together. There were a few measly morsels of tomato and broccoli, an artichoke heart and flavorless chicken. The food was delivered without napkins, utensils, grated cheese, salt or pepper. They get some points for the food being relatively clean, but in no way was this meal delicious or even appetizing.

I have been eating pizza my whole life, so I would consider myself something of a guru on the subject, especially because of Italian heritage. I have deemed Paul’s Pizza as the best pizza I have ever had. I used to eat here periodically when I was young, and subconsciously through my teen years I searched for the perfect pizza I had once tasted. Last month, I experienced it once again, and realized that it had been Paul’s I was searching for.

I’m pretty pleased with Paul’s Pizza! We really wanted pizza for our big family dinner the night before our wedding at Owls Hoot Barn. So around a year ago, when we were in the area, we tried Paul’s Pizza to see if we’d go with them. We ordered various pizzas and wings and everything was tasty! So for our family dinner, we ordered five 24 slice pizzas (cheese, meat, and veggie pizzas), one tray of buffalo wings, one tray of plain wings, and two trays of caesar salad. We ordered everything two weeks in advance and opted for pick-​up. The pizza, the wings, the salad, it was all delicious. We had around 40 people and they all loved it! A few days later, a smaller group of us went back for lunch. I had the meatball sub with fries — so delicious. I will be dreaming about the meatball sub for a long time…

Too light on toppings, crust was excellent — thin and crispy with a little substance to it, sauce was good.
We all got water with lemon and the lemons were cut very small. Originally got a lemonade and the water didn’t taste good.
Waitress was good but very in attentive.

I’ve been here twice with groups of friends and it’s been great each time. If you’re looking for pizza with the family or beer and pizza with friends this is a great place to go. Prices are average, good beer selection, and decent drafts by the pitcher. It’s always busy if that’s any indication.

We normally get the pizza here which is always hot and delicious. We went there one night for Sheri’s Birthday for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. The dining room was packed to capacity, but we managed to score a booth. We ordered two Blue Moon beers on tap which went down nicely. I was afraid of a letdown but was surprised by the quality and deliciousness of the food. I ordered the linguine carbonara with chicken. Fantastic. There was enough leftover for the next night’s dinner. Yay. It is a bit overpriced for the area. We spent over 70.00 for the two of us, although we did have two beers each. However, I rate it a 5 star experience. the food, the beer and the friendly staff will keep us coming back.

Yum! A pretty decent pizza place that also has a full menu with many a tasty option. The fried calamari was fresh and delicious. The pizza was pretty good and I look forward to trying some of their other menu options in the future. They also had an excellent drink menu. The restaurant had a cozy, inviting décor.

Very good place just off of exit 21B of the NY Thruway. I went here with 5 very hungry friends after a 115 mile bike ride from north NJ to New Baltimore. The name Paul’s Pizza is misleading as this place serves up some great entrees. All of us had appetizers, salads and entrees. I had the linguine in white clam sauce and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the clams tender and the sauce favorable, but the portion was HUGE. Must have been ¾ lb of pasta in my bowl.
Excellent place to go if you happen to be in that part of NY state.
