Walmart Supercenter

If I could give zero stars for the covington walmart pharmacy I would, too many times they have not had a prescrption and didnt call, I made the trip there just to stand in line forever to be told it would be in the next day. It was suppose to of been filled the day before so it wasnt like they didnt have time to call. I think the associates are starting to be like the store on incompetence and at least you would think the pharmacy shiuld be professional but they are nit even close. Walmarts need to shut the pharmacy down

I know Walmart is not known for competence BUT how about a little common sense. I created an online order on Monday for 1 hour photo it is now Wednesday and my photos are still not ready. Not only that but there is some amazing rule that they’ve come up with that if they think it’s a professional photo I have to come up with the release. I have photos from over 10 years ago I was trying to print how on earth am I going to have a release for that!!! what the hell is wrong with these people.
It might be cheaper but not worth the mental anxiety of dealing with Walmart Associates. I’ll pay more for more competency

Usually have no problems at this store and my comment isn’t really about a problem. I was there on Monday 11 January and after a long wait finally had my 1 item rang up and my sales person didn’t even speak to me.
I brought it to her attention that she didn’t even speak and she said that she was tired. I can accept that but as a former secret shopper (not for Walmart) that excuse wouldn’t fly with most.

Good prices, good selection. Bakery is nice (a large loaf of french bread for $ 1, good cornbread muffins which they should have a lot more often!). Self-​check out is usually pretty fast and unlike Kroger, they trust you to scan the coupon so you don’t have to wait for assistance. My biggest complaint? The pharmacy is all the way across the store from the grocery, so if I want deodorant or toothpaste, I have to push the cart all the way across the store both coming and going.

THE most unprofessional Walmart EVER! I would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to the Walmart in the next town than deal with the people there! VERY POORLY MANAGED!

Horrible service. They claim that instant photos mean pick up the next day yet they charge you for instant. Not impressed not a fan. Will not be returning to the unhelpful and unfriendly and terribly slow staff. Not to mention the bathrooms are repulsive.

I have a 30 foot trailer and had to bronc the curb to get into the truck parking! I got in and it was the usual Walmart fare. The service at the Photo Center was non existant. The bathrooms were sub par at best. I’d never seat a child at the changing station. The toilet seats were old and marred, ewe.

Not a fan of Wal-​Mart. This particular store has a friendly staff and everything you’d come to expect from Wal-​Mart, but back by the electronics and Automotive sections toward the back of the store, there is this strange peeping sound-​not unlike the emergency lighting beeping or smoke detector beeping you might here that sounds every couple seconds. It’s so annoying in fact, that I can’t concentrate. In fact, I mentioned it to 2 different friends on two different occasions and they remarked how they noticed it too and one of them said they wouldn’t even shop at that location anymore because of it!
Anyway, same stuff different flies and while I don’t normally shop at WM as a rule (horrible customer service, less than ideal clientele, weird stuff in the late hours, lack of organic foods and the support of local farmers, the way they treat their employees, what they do to small communities, etc.), I wanted to make sure that I mentioned it here-​hey maybe a manager will get on that and do something about it… you think? Me either.
(The two stars are for the friendly cashiers that I had the pleasure of interacting with the couple times that I went.)

Convenient convenient convenient.

This is pretty much your typical Wal-​Mart and is set up just about like every other Wal-​Mart that you have ever been in. The biggest thing I noticed in this particular Wal-​Mart was the friendliness of the staff. We had a problem finding something and the person that helped us really went outof their way to help us get what we needed.
