I ordered a sign for my business and paid my deposit in March 2015. I did not get my sign installed until April 28^th. Since the installation 3 of the letters will not light up. It has a short in it and I have been taking pictures and calling since it was installed to have this fixed and I cannot get Jimmy to come fix my sign. I paid $ 1600 for my sign and I could have had another company do it for $ 200 more and I wouldn’t be dealing with these problems. I would not recommend this company to do any work. My neighbors and other friends of mine that I have spoke to since have told me stories just like mine. I just want my sign fixed that I paid for. It looks bad for a business to have a half working sign.
UPDATE: Jimmy finally came and fixed my sign. He was very upset that I posted this review but it was the only way to get him to come fix my sign. It was fixed October 20. So it took from April to October to get a working sign.
