I stopped by today, my first manicure and pedicure for the first time in years. I was met with kindness and they did a nice job. I’m pleased with the services that were provided.

I’ve been going to this nail salon since it opened, around 7 years ago. A few of my friends and coworkers also come to this place often.
They haven’t always had the best colors, but the customer service and personal touch that went into my services always exceeded my expectations and made for the experience. I was also really close with the owners and their brother whom was one of the technicians that worked most days.
Within the past 6 months, Apparently the owners sold the shop to their cousin. Having received shitty service the past three times of going, I have decided to seek out a new salon.
Jasmine is the only technician that I prefer doing my nails because she does a perfect job every time, and she is very good at noticing a mistake and going back and fixing it without me having to say anything. Her English is also fairly strong, so most people tend to book appointments with her directly. She’s been completely booked every time I’ve gone in since the recent change in management.
So having just gotten of from work, I went in to get a fill, and the new owner took it upon himself to have me come to his chair. When he got to the point of filing, he began using the electric filer to do the shape? And he filed down way to far and completely disfigured one of my nails before I stopped him and asked him to use the hand file. Without purposing a way of fixing that nail, he continued with my set with an attitude.
At this point, I suggested that I wait for jasmine, and he insisted that he was qualified to do it for me because «he’s owned another salon» and knows how to do it. Long story short, He ruined my whole set. And never managed to get the shape that I actually wanted. This has happened TWICE now. An additional time with the new owner, and the second time with a new technician that is taking jasmines place.
Jasmine now only works 2 days a week (I’m assuming this is because she has all the clientele she can manage now). So yeah…
Save yourself a bad experience, and go elsewhere…

Been going here for 9+ years. Old owners are very good friends of ours and they sold to their cousins who are horrible. We went in yesterday and got pedis and my wife pushed out her Mani cause it was busy out of respect. Showed up today to be treated like crap owner telling my wife to go else where. For acrylic to be put on NY wife’s toes to prevent ingrown nails and made my wife cry by being nasty. Not happy will never go back.

Seems pricey. They did a fast job. The actual pedicure/​massage was ok. The gals were nice. Pedicure lasted a really long time!

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever come here. I walked in here and was glad to see an empty waiting area, but shortly after I sat down to get my fill I found out why. I showed the man that was going to be working on my nails a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do it for $ 22, so I grabbed the colors I wanted (after being rudely asked why I would even want them in the first place) and he began doing my fill. That part was ok I guess, but as soon as he began painting I could tell I wasn’t going to be pleased. I picked out a neutral tone and he thought one spotty thin coat was enough, I told him I wanted more and he questioned me once again on how I wanted my nails. He then began applying a purple to the ends which was also spotty and no where close to even on any of the nails, but I was hoping the little black bow I wanted was going to even them out. It didn’t. Some looked like ovals some looked like squares, and the definitely didn’t look like bows, then he put a clear coat on and smudged some of them, it was ugly and I told him that. He said okay I’ll take two dollars off for you, I told him I wasn’t happy and was surprised that was the best he could do. So I made him call out the manager for me and told her I was unhappy, she said there’s nothing they can do. While she’s saying that he’s yelling over her that he did a good job and he liked it a lot and that he would charge $ 25 for other customers not me he already discounted it and he would only take more off if I was a student (I am a student still in high school not even 18 and was yelled at for apparently telling him I was in college) I told the manager that he told me $ 22 for the fill and design and that only $ 2 off was a little ridiculous for the way he was treating me. So he then threw $ 5 at me and stormed out of the building. She took the polish off my nails and put a clear coat on told me about five times that people ask for him all the time. That honestly doesn’t matter to me, if you can’t paint nails then you can’t paint nails. Yeah sure you say you’re a professional, but no professional would almost have a customer in tears because they weren’t happy with what you promised to do for them. I will never go back here and I’m very disappointed that I now have to go pay for another place to do my nails. I cannot believe I was treated this way and I hope others see this and decide to find a better place, Silver nails isn’t worth any of your time or money.

I give this salon five stars, only because I can’t give them more. I love this salon! By far the best in all aspects. I’ve been getting my nails and toes done consistently for about 6 years, and have been going here for about a year and a half now. I have never had better customer service, the staff always remembers my name and they greet you immediately when you get there. Very professional, always amazing work, fair prices, and you never have to worry about which person does your nails because they’re all amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve been going here for awhile now and love it. They’re always busy, so that alone should tell you something. They take their time and pay great attention to detail. They’ve even been accommodating with my arm cast. I definitely recommend them.

I had a BAD pedicure here, I was told this is the best place to get nails done. The lady didnt spend anytime rubbing my feet and legs, and rushed me out. I will never go back here.
