My wife decided she wanted an embroidery machine. We went in on Tuesday 1÷15÷13. We walked in, looked at everything in the store, and not the 1st person got up to help us. We walked around for about 15 minutes. There were people behind the sales counter and no one even acknowledged us. We left due to poor customer service. Good luck if you go here!
