If I could give 0 stars, I would… Don’t let the «new name» of Piedmont fool you… This is still the same Ol crappy Newton General that it always has been.
I could give many examples of the absolute inept ability this place has to care for patients, but I’ll keep this short and sweet for you. As a care-​taker of my elderly Grandparents, this place is flat out the worst! From misdiagnosis, rude staff, to even forgetting about patients– Piedmont will never cease to shock me.
An emergency is an emergency, so if left with no other choice, I guess do what you have to do… BUT, if you can choose, please dear lord choose somewhere else!
