Terrible customer service, rude and combative. For the past few months I have ordered out from here 2 or 3 times a week for lunch considering I work just across the street. I get the same thing, buffalo chicken burrito with fries and have never had a problem until recently. Twice I have ordered now and specifically asked for fries and they gave me chips. My friend and I both ordered fries today and got chips so we called to request the fries ordered because we don’t want chips. They say okay but when my friend went back to pick them up(taking more time out of her lunch break) they told her she had to pay for the fries. With both fries done and ready to go my friend(reluctantly) paid for my fries and said never mind to hers. She gets back to our workplace and I call and ask to speak to a manager and he tells me he took the order and tried to fight with me about how we didn’t order fries even though we specifically requested fries. I ate what I ordered because I didn’t have time to mess with a refund and have generally never had distaste for their food on its own, but I will not be eating here again. They obviously care more about food cost than caring for their customers and fixing and error they clearly made.

Love stopping here for breakfast or lunch– food is always good! The service here is excellent and the prices are very good. We have been stopping in here every time we get a chance for a long time. The breakfasts are great– Serving sizes are large, food is freshly prepared, quick check out, and the staff is very friendly– what else is there to say? Try them –you will like them! Check out their FB page– has listings for specials of the day.

I’m in town for a nurse practitioner conference and my husband and I found this little gem on our walk. It would be easy to overlook if you were walking by in a hurry. It’s a little café tucked in the side of a building that offers a variety of food choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. The first night we had the pork chop dinner served with sides of mashed potatoes and green beans. The next day my husband dined in for breakfast and was equally impressed with the serving size of bacon, eggs, toast and fried potatoes. We ate lunch that afternoon and split the steak hoagie sandwich served with house fries and walked away stuffed. And none of these meals hurt the bank either. The staff were all very friendly. As you can tell we frequented it several times and it wasn’t for lack of other eatery choices. I’ll definitely visit again if ever back in town!

Nick and Tony’s has a ways to go in terms of freshness, cleanliness, and appeal. They don’t appear to do a whole lot of business, but if you’re in a rush maybe that’s their selling point. Most of the fooders they get are probably like me: didn’t like the long lines at Skyline, so they came down the street to find they could move to the front of the line at Nick and Tony’s. I came here for a quick sammich one day and I was not overly impressed. The lack of overall cleanliness was the worst, especially considering this place hadn’t even yet been open a year. The menus taped to the front window, and elsewhere throughout the store, resembled a grade school hot lunch list, in that they were hand typed, straight in notepad(all one little font on a piece of construction-yellow 8.5 by 11), and there were also instruction signs that were carelessly scrawled on in permanent marker like a fridge note left for the babysitter. If only they had put one up that said«PARDONAREAPPEARANCE,» I would have not been surprised. The menus contained no nutritional info, pictures, or even remedial font formatting. One positive was the place does take credit cards, although it was too bizarre that neither receipt printout contained the dollar amount I assume to have paid, nor any English words on it. Rather than a language barrier issue, I’m pretty sure this had to be a computer error, for they must have been using either using a broken or substandard merchant revenue equipment. I handwrote the dollar amount for my personal records, but lacked some confidence in the transaction. Nick and Tony’s is a converted subway restaurant that still retains the floor layout, color scheme /design, overhead lanterns, and even a branded toaster oven equipment of a subway affiliate. However they are not affiliated, and there is no mistaking them for the subway. The chips that come bulk/standard with every order are substandard, nonbrand papery worthless crumbly bitter crisps. Bacon may have been overcooked in a dry and plastic-hard way, not overdone crispy or crunchy the way I would have enjoyed it. The sandwiches are prepared on store brand thin slices, rather than bakery quality bread. The lettuce and the chips are pale in comparison to actual good food. The appearance of these items, combined with the lack of cleanliness, decimated whatever potential I thought this subshop wannabe had.
