I love Marcos and have eaten Marcos plenty of times but this particular Marcos in Covington was absolutely disgusting. The pizza was so thick and soggy and the wings were slimy and wet. It also took them over an hour to deliver my order and they delivered the wrong food to me. I ordered boneless wings and they gave me bone in wings with the ranch when I specifically asked for blue cheese. The pizza was cold as well as the wings. I will never order from this Marcos again. Complete waste of money.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The delivery was on time and the pie was good. I will order from them again.

Very poor customer service including manager Jarrid and the Sunday evening staff (except the young lady I spoke to on the phone) on July 19^th around 6:30 pm. I called in to place a carry out order and spoke to a very friendly young lady, was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes; my husband and I arrived shortly thereafter.
As we drove up to the drive thru window, we noticed there was a doorbell on the window, so my husband pushed it to let someone know we were here. After sitting there a few minutes, out came to our surprise a gentleman who apparently was bent over just below the window the entire time, however ignored us and walked away. Not sure what just happened here, so we waited. Next came another gentleman who made eye contact with us and then walked away again. Ok, exactly what am I missing? So… the third gentleman came around the corner, made eye contact with us as well as walked away. Needless to say, I’m beginning to get pissed by this time. Finally, the young lady that I may have spoken to on the phone when making this order, also walked around the corner to fill up her cup full of soda, saw us made eye contact, looked around to the guys and perhaps may have said something to them and finally made her way to us. When she asked us if she could help us, my husband told her that we were there to pick up our carry out order. I was so upset at the fact that every single person that saw us and or made eye contact ignored us and walked away that I said something to her in regards to this situation. I asked her what the managers name was and low and behold, it was one of the gentleman who ignored us and walked away. We paid for our dinner and left only to realize when we pulled up in our driveway, that they left out our 2 liter drink. If we hadn’t of almost paid $ 40 for dinner, I would have just brushed off the drink.
We went back to pick up our 2 liter only to notice that the family who actually owns this Marcos was walking in with his family. Low and behold, the gentleman was on the phone as we pulled up, motioned to us to let us know he does acknowledge us and motions to another gentleman, also another one who previously ignored us and came to the window. We told him we were just up here to pick up our order and our 2 liter Sierra mist was left out. He oh so graciously apologized and bagged up our drink and gave it to us as though nothing ever happened.
There is no excuse for their behavior! The only reason everyone was so nice to us the second time around was because the owner decided to stop by.
My husband and I will NEVER go back let alone eat at Marcos pizza again. You should have excellent customer service every time someone calls to place an order or picks up their carry out, not when the owner walks in the building! Ignoring your customers does not make for good business, let alone bring in a paycheck!

Just ordered their pepperoni magnifico pizza yesterday and it tasted really good. It was greasy but that’s normal for pepperoni. We would order from this place again. I placed my order online and it was delivered right on time.
The website is easy to use for ordering.

I love coming here being that it’s very close and conveniently priced it’s Great friendly fast service, good pizza good parking I order here all the time no complaints yet! They also have great and interesting ways of getting the word out on new flavors and pizzas they have might have! Like for instance they had this one time where if you brought in a canned good you got a free pizza to try, I thought that was a clever way of getting customers to try a new pizza without the risk! All in all my go to place!

TERRIBLE customer service even when THEY have made a mistake — managers and employees. Save yourself some time and energy… order from Pizza Hut or Papa John’s in the Covington, GA.

Best pizza around plus prices are lower. Supper fast delivery. The workers are very nice love it.
