A few years ago, Johnny’s was one of the top two pizza joints here. But since the new ownership it’s gone WAY downhill. Don’t use NY pizza in the title unless you really mean it. As a New Yorker, it offends me.

im a pizza fanatic, discovered this place when i moved her from sdca 2 years ago, looooove it! pizza is amazing! my husband always has boring pepperoni pizza everywhere, not me, i love the specialty & premium toppings! i always change it up! the owner is a very nice gentleman that my husband enjoys talking to always!

Called to place a large order on a Saturday for Saturday night. Though I had hoped that it would be able to be delivered, I was told that wouldn’t be possible due to the time I wanted it delivered.
A bit later I received a phone call from a manager who was away in Boston. He had heard about our order and wanted to call to let me know that he valued our business and wanted to be a full service restaurant. He had found a way to have our order delivered. The service that we received from Johnny’s went above and beyond. Instead of cold pizza like we usually have when we have to pick up, the pizza arrived piping hot in warmers. It was wonderful. Though Johnny’s is a chain, this location doesn’t feel like it. I would totally recommend Johnny’s in Covington!

For the life of me I cannot understand how people can slap NY Style on a pizza sign if it’s not authentic. I’m a dyed in the wool, born and bred Brooklynite and this pizza is far from that. The taste wasn’t fantastic and the sauce needs SOMETHING. The crust and pizza is blah. Overall I wasn’t impressed. I won’t be back

Great pizza. Excellent service and staff. Attending on some nights subjects you to live music. Check the schedule and avoid going on those nights. It’s horrible. 3 different performers and nothing good.

Food is Five star, service is a big fat zero, no hostess, seat your self and prepare to be ignored 2 min 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, «have you been waited on? no, 20 min can I take your order. Management needs to get this place straightened out. I’m not going back it is just too frustrating!
