What can I say. So far haven’t had a bad experience and the workers do a great job at helping. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Love the fact that they are honest and willing to try and find an answer if they don’t know an answer to a question. I had a question about quality of headset and the guy was unsure so he asked the other coworkers to see if they knew. They gave honest opinion and didn’t try to up sell. Honest and good guys.

The manager Vincent is pretty knowledgeable when it comes to software and hardware within the store. As a manager you have to know these things, to set you apart from your competition, but also be knowledgeable when customers come in asking a billion questions about the said product(s). I feel that lately with new people on Staff to be trained, Vincent just doesn’t have the time to listen to customers anymore. I came in today to pick up an AC Adapter that didn’t come with the new Nintendo 3ds-XL unit I bought yesterday(thanks for nothing Nintendo). I understand this is a manufacturer & sales point issue with Nintendo, not so much Gamestop, but their sales agent James should have asked me ‘Do you have an AC adapter at home from a previous unit, or are you purchasing a completely new unit?.’ That would have been a great question to ask, instead of wasting my time to come back today to get a 10 dollar AC adapter unit. After my purchase I talked with Vincent about the new Starwars Battlefront asking if he knew anything about the $ 120 dollar Ultimate edition. He was stunned and didn’t know to what I was referring about and then followed up with ‘I’m sorry are we talking about Halo here?’ Wha? Where did you get Halo from me talking about Star Wars? He looked up my reservation that I paid in full and said ‘the highest value we have is for $ 70 dollars which is the deluxe edition.’ So long story short, Gamestop for whatever reason hasn’t heard about the news from GameSpot about the Ultimate Edition — which just so happens to include absolutely everything plus the Season Pass. Yeah don’t get me started on these Season Passes BTW. I wasn’t even given the option to add that to my purchase of the reservation. WTF?! I feel like this location and it’s employees are more about making the quick buck and pushing out the customer as quick as possible, only to get more poor saps to buy into their BS. I’m fed up with Gamestop at this point.

Really disappointing. Not very friendly or helpful. Told me my games weren’t worth anything on trade and wouldn’t let me test the games to see them work before purchasing. Won’t buy here.

These guys at the Covington Gamestop really know their games. Really helpful when you don’t know what to get, its a shame they seem short staffed all too often

Just what you expect from any gamestop. Good selection of game titles. Knowledgeable associates. Overpriced on the used titles. And I’m not sure if he still works there but there was a cute guy who used to work here.
