I am very pleased with my gold fox fur coat! Fast shipping. I paid for 2 day shipping and it actually arrived in two days after placing the order. (some places take two days just to process an order). It looks absolutely beautiful, looks and feels like real fur. I look forward to purchasing many more items in the future.

Not a fan. While she may be a big fish in the faux fur industry’s small pond, and I greatly applaud the premise of her product, I resent the fact that I have to pay to return an item that I want to only exchange for a smaller size. If you’re choosing to expand your customer base to online shoppers, then you MUST provide a customer-​friendly policy for exchanges. It’s not the customer’s fault that the company-​provided size chart is misleading for the product and not a 1-​size-​fits-​all process. I went by the size chart, but still needed a smaller coat.size. Given this company’s policy, I will have to PAY to return AND insure (as required by her company) this heavy coat, wait for a refund, then re-​order. I’ve decided to just return it since i can’t take a chance on having the next size be wrong too. This $ 199 coat will cost me over $ 50 to return… and in the end, I’m still left with no coat. So in essence, this was a waste of money. I am a 15-​year vegan and will make sure my vegan community, with whom i was excited to share this new faux fur source, will know the disadvantageous nature of this company’s return policy and perhaps seek elsewhere to purchase faux leather/​fur goods.

Several years ago there was a tragedy at the Indiana State Fair where a northern Kentucky family were critically injured. Several of us were working on a benefit to help with medical expenses as the little girl was critically injured.
When I called Ms. Salyer, she didn’t miss a beat and immediately offered a beautiful stole for the auction. This is the type of community leader she is.

Fabulous Darling!!! Lush & Lavish my dears, when it comes to Faux Furs from Donna Salyers. They always have something striking & fabulous, (Coats, jackets, scarfs, ponchos, vest & home accessories. Fabulous Furs is my greatest find when it comes to quality, chic & trendy pieces, they do indeed have the worlds finest faux furs and «you can take that to the bank.» darling! ;)

We were very pleased with the quality and fit of the coat we purchased!
We drove 4hrs from the Chicago area to Covington to purchase a coat (we have had bad experiences ordering things online with other companies, and wanted to personally try on the garment before buying). We found out the showroom is closed on Saturdays… oops! We waited outside until someone came out… they were very helpful and sympathetic to our situation. My fiancé was able to pick out exactly what she wanted and it was sent to us first thing Monday because the register and system was down for the weekend.
The faux fur is, how they might describe, fabulously soft and beautiful. She looks great in it! We definitely would recommend Fabulous Furs to anyone looking for faux fur.

I definitely did not expect the exceptional response to my complaints about the customer service. I received a phone call with an apology. They refunded my shipping. They are also sending over a hat to match the vest I ordered.
