Sold me a defective
sofa and was told they cannot repair it and will not reimburse me or even call me back. Repair guy basically said I bought a cheap sofa and u get what u pay for. $ 2000 is not cheap to me! Bought extended warranty which was useless.

Visited this store on the recommendation of a friend after searching many other furniture stores locally. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable, I was asked if I needed any help but I declined as I like to browse myself. I found just the item that I wanted and paid and was given the leaflet showing where the collection depot was located. I will shop here again.
On opening the box to my furniture I found the key to the chest was missing so unable to store anything in said chest. After three phone calls over a week, a very pleasant woman phoned back to tell me the company that manufacture the chest would be sending the key in the post
