My experience with Ticomo Valley Corporation is nothing short of frustrating. Throughout the entire transaction Michele Hultman was absolutely uncooperative and bratty. Her lack of willingness to provide documentation on a timely basis was only the beginning of my strife. In her final estimated closing statements, she miscalculated the correct closing costs which costed the lender around $ 800. If you want to lose money and pull your hair out over bad service, please ask directly for Michele.
