I had touby check my AC they told me it needed to be replace and replace the unit within 1 day

Outright did not show up for his (Toby Sauzo, owner) scheduled appointment. Days later, I called him back and he apologetically informs me, he forgot. He arrives at my residence within the hour and assesss the scope of work needed. He lets me know he will research equipment and pricing and contact me with said information.
Days go by again with no information. Subsequently, I call him again. He answers and informs me he’s going to return my call with all the information. He never does. Via text, I ask him to let me know if he’s not interested in performing the work. Nothing again.
Beware of this kind of service or lack thereof. I would hate for anyone to experience what I have with this company so, I feel compelled to write this. Heating and air conditioning machines break and need service. Is this what you want to experience?
