Never come here ever. I’m so upset with the service I received. First I spoke to Anthony who was extremely sweet and has great customer service he tried to help me as much as possible unfortunately he doesn’t have much say here. I then spoke with marcos who is an extremely disgusting person. We were towed here with aaa the Aaa driver named victor saw my aaa card and did not write any of my information down so when I get to pick up the car at the Gladstone location I was charged a whole 477 $ 412 for the tow and 65 for the storage fee. After talking to marcos he said «if our driver didn’t take your information down there’s nothing we can do for u it’s 477 $ that’s final» granted the hourly rate is only 275 an hour. On the receipt I was about to sign I read the time of dispatch and the time of completion and it was a total of 55 min so Marcos had enough of me trying to correct him so the bitch left then I was told to talk to Carlos Carlos said «you’re right you should only be charged 340 $ 275 for the tow and 65 for the storage. I said thank u for actually listening to me. Marcos was just a scam artist and I can’t believe he is a manager. If I were the owner of this company id let him go he has no costumer service skills and tries to rip people off he was so horrible he should be out of a job. Promote Anthony

My key got stuck in the ignition, so I called AAA and they sent someone from here to fix it. The guy straight up told me he had no idea what the problem was with it, and replaced some parts in the ignition «so it won’t happen again». I had to pay $ 180 out of pocket for it, and now I’m staring at my key, which is stuck in the ignition AGAIN. I was told that the guy had been doing his job for seven years, but honestly, I don’t think these guys know what they’re doing. Don’t come here. If AAA tries to send you these guys, request someone else.

I had a very great experience with this company I called AAA because I needed my car towed to Colley Ford. The time of arrival they said about 45mins or so. They got here about 35mins after I called. The drive name Rudy was so sweet offered me a water while he loaded my truck on the flat bed. Told me I could wait inside the tow truck while he was done. I had to ride with him to the dealership and was very kind and hilarious had me laughing all the way to until we got there. Great customer out of all the tows from AAA this company and drive are my #1 and will definitely ask for them next time !!!
1. Fantastic customer Service Rudy is great driver. Honestly it sold me when he had the water in is hand and gave it to me so I could wait while he finished doing his job (along with nice cold A/​C in the Tow Truck) ;)

My car overheated so I had to call AAA. Richard N. towed my car and told me he wanted to take it to a particular mechanic to get me a free di gnostic in the morning. Turns out, the place he took it to wasn’t a AAA approved place and I had a hard time getting AAA to tow it from there to my own mechanic because it was showing as a salvage yard in their system. The second tow guy was nice and apoplectic (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name). Long story short, don’t trust them. If you have a mechanic, insist they take your car there.

A few months ago my Audi had a flat while driving up Citrus. I called AAA who dispatched San Gabriel Valley towing. Rudy showed up literally in 5 minutes, offered me a cold water. He was very polite and could see I was distressed. He hitched up my car and dropped me and it off at the dealership. Rudy is very professional and definitely belongs in the customer service industry. I fully intended to give him a positive Unilocal review but time passed and I forgot. I drove passed Rudy today as he was loading a neighbor up on his flat bed. There was not much room to drive by so he patiently guided me by. Finally I write the review. Thanks Rudy!!!

Dispatched through AAA, I received a call immediately from the company after calling for a flat tire. The driver was Jason, he showed up as the dispatcher said. He was familiar with the location and did not need any help finding my car. He was fast and acted professional. What a great representation of the company.

Called AAA/​ACSC for a tow of my kid’s Honda that would not start.
Dispatch said 30 minutes but driver appeared in 15 minutes!
Driver was very courteous, offered me an ice cold bottle of water and quickly had it towed to the garage for repairs.
Their online map link showed exactly where the driver was at any second — Auto Club sends you a link to your smartphone for that neat service.

I called AAA to have them tow my car to the dealership to get new keys made :(. They got there in 17 mins and I received a phone call from their office notifying me when he was only 5 mins away. When he arrived he was very polite and nice. I can’t remember his name but he was awesome. He even brought us ice cold bottled water. We were at home but the gesture is a wonderful one if you’re stranded somewhere. He hooked up my car and pulled it off the driveway from the back and then even unattached it and drive around so he could tow it from the front it’s better for the transmission. He didn’t have to do that!

Rude! Hung up on me without even talking to me. Stuck on the freeway just a couple minutes away and wouldn’t even listen! Jerks; will NEVER be taking my business here. Do not recommend. Don’t even try calling.

This Unilocal is for the driver scott with the blond hair lol the nicest most caring tow man I have ever met!!! He is the definition of service with a smile. This company needs to promote him and give him a raise and hire more people like him!

Fast excellent service. We got a flat tire on the way to our daughter’s soccer game. Hilario arrived in 7 minutes, got the tire off and changed it in record time. He was pleasant, professional and very fast. We were back on the road in no time (under 30 minutes). We highly recommend this company and Hilario!

THEY KNOW AND HAVE ACKNOWLEDGE TO AUTO CLUB THAT A VERY EXPENSIVE PEN AND PENCIL SET WAS STOLEN OUT OF MY CAR WHILE IN THEIR LOT, AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO EVEN RETURN MY PHONE CALL TO DISCUSS AND RESOLVE THE MATTER.
Auto Club dispatched a tow truck to the scene of an accident in which our car was totaled. A tow truck from San Gabriel Valley Towing arrived within 10 minutes of being called. After the car was loaded onto his truck, we asked if he could tow it to our shop just 2 miles away as it has a gated area where the car could be stored for free until our insurance carrier could come out to assess the damages. The driver recommended that we have it towed to their yard on Gladstone Avenue as it is open ²⁴⁄₇ and therefore my insurance adjuster could come and inspect the car anytime they wanted, without us having to wait at our shop to let them into our locked storage area. The driver also told us that their yard is safer because there is somebody there on duty ²⁴⁄₇. We agreed and asked for a business card. He said he didn’t have one, but wrote their phone number down on a piece of paper. As the car had been severely burned, the fire department would not let us near the car to retrieve our personal items following the accident, so the following morning, we called the number on the paper to get the physical address where the car had been towed to. It was then we discovered the driver had taken it to an alternate lot this is only open from 8 – 5 M-​F, and that is not secure. When my son went to the lot to get his items out of the car, he was escorted over to the locked car with the manager of the lot. As they approached the car, my son spotted a box on the ground next to the car. The box had been inside the center console and was from a very expensive pen and pencil set we had given him for graduation. Both the pen and pencil were missing. As we reached down to pick up the box, he spotted his gold under the car. The ring had also been inside the box. The manager said they had video tape and review it to see if it was taken by the driver, someone who worked in the office, or someone who had possibly jumped their fence during the night when they were not there. I called several times but was told the manager was still reviewing the video. After 6 hours, I was finally able to speak directly to the manager who indicated that the video was actually blank. In other words, he spent 6 hours reviewing a blank video? He told me I would need to speak to the owner who was at their other facility. I left 4 messages for the owner, but was told by the receptionist she could only give him the message – she couldn’t make him return the call. Auto Club advises there is nothing they can do, so I guess it’s time for small claims court.
And to make matters worse, my insurance company couldn’t pick the car up over the weekend because they’re closed, so they sent me a notice that they were getting ready to put a lien on my car!
AGAIN – DO NOT USE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY TOWING!
