Your office doesnt even deserve one star,
Dr. Miller! Espie is a huge biotch! The reviews Ive read speak of her only I didnt believe. Condescending and aggressive pitbull!!! Im at the point of calling OSHA and a lawyer for what she did. This is all because my medical card doesnt say Regal YET, the card is on its way. Im still covered, even insurance company was baffled. Yup, filed a complaint with them too! Im not scared of you Espie! You’re not going to intimidate me! And someone better call me to fix this!

I cannot understand how the business office is rude to their patient and won’t even let me use their fax machine so I can fax my documents to see Dr Miller. They are not cheap but rude especially the receptionist and business manager/​just imagine how high my blood pressure went up. Forget it I have a better insurance so I can go some place else.

The staff at this office is abusive to patients, unprofessional and flat out rude. I feel sorry for Dr. Miller – he was nice and all, but should reconsider who he has representing him in the front office. I don’t care how old or hard of a hearing a patient is-​you should always treat them with respect. I will never go back to this office.
