Javier was referred to me through a friend who assured me my first time home buying experience would meet my expectations. Little did I know the roller coaster and challenges I would be facing, Javier exceeded my expectation at every level.
Not once did he not answer his phone, or return my call within minutes. He was punctual to every appointment, extremely friendly, fully attentive to my ridiculous schedule of early mornings, later evenings, short notices and even weekends. My home was offered and accepted during New Years/​holiday week. No way did I expect him to work as eagerly as he did for me during holiday week and because of that, we had an advantage of closing the home quickly and effectively while everyone was on «vacation».
I knew I found the right agent when I realized he was not trying to sell me every property we stepped into. He pointed out precautions, concerns, liabilities and outright talked me out of several properties of my interest that I would’ve easily overlooked myself. I honestly felt that he put my interests at his utmost priority the entire time.
Javier continually followed through with me even after I received my keys to assure that I had the support and information I needed with all my home improvements. To this day, I still have Javier’s contact in my cell phone for any advice, questions and references I need. Honest, passionate, motivated and devoted, Javier is not the only agent I have worked with in my life, but he will be the only one I will refer and work with in the future.
