Grand Illusions

What? I don’t know why Grand Illusions is listed as a health food store because it ain’t! It’s a rubber stamp store with a small selection of beads in the back if you’re into making your own necklaces or whatnot. I actually wouldn’t recommend buying the beads for embellishments for cards as that could get expensive.
Anyway, I got a terrible vibe from the owner. The day I came in, she was mad about a computer she had ordered and could not get her fax machine to work. She took it all out on customers. The gossip from other LA stampers is she’s a frustrated racist and homophobic woman. I don’t need to give anyone my business like that considering I experienced firsthand how nasty she can be.
I do give the store two stars though because it carries a decent selection of stamps though I’m not interested in any of the lines she carries.
