This is the hardest doctors office to get a hold of. You will be on hold forever and/​or the office is always closed!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Do not waste your time with these people. I have been trying to make an appointment with them for almost 6 months now. I suffer from migraines daily, so I do not have time to keep waiting and getting the run around when I’m constantly in pain. I have had to keep renewing my referrals since October because every time I call and try to make an appointment one or all of these things happen, either nobody answers the phone, or conveniently everybody is taking their lunch, (supposedly a 2 hour one), or everybody supposedly left for the day, (at 11am? sure, alright). Today just so happens to be my appointment day. So, I decided to call and verify the location before leaving as the office location is in a different city, and I get put on hold and told that they cannot find me in their system. Excuse me??? I made this appointment a month in advance, and my third referral expires TOMORROW. However, A sweet lady named «Nicole» was very apologetic and sincere. However her hands were tied as she couldn’t do anything from her end. I do appreciate her hard work, as she is the only Staff member that has seemed to try and do their job right. So I will be contacting my doctor on Monday morning and I will be getting a new referral to a different neurologist that actually knows how to run a business and care for their patients. As I said earlier in my review, Do not waste your time with these people. I do NOT understand how they even have a business open. WHAT PATIENTS ACTUALLY MANAGE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE?

Do not make an appointment with this doctor unless you have nothing but time on your hands. Staff books multiple appointments for the same time frame. I went here yesterday with my sister who is just out of the hospital. Apt was for 3:30, but they asked us to show up ½ hour early to fill our paperwork.
The waiting room was standing room only. At 4:45 I asked how much longer it would be as my sister was about to pass out. There were still 5 patients ahead of her! We left.
Have some compassion on your patients, please! Other doctors’ offices manage to book appointments accurately.
