I brought my Charro suit here for cleaning, on a Monday. Comes Wednesday I get a call that my suit won’t be cleaned because they don’t know how to clean the suede. WTF… This is suppose to be a cleaners right? Not to mention I needed that suit by Saturday. I had to rush and look for some were else. Took it to my old spot in LA. Since I moved to the area I’m always looking for the nearest mended placed by my house. I would stay away from here. Waste of time for me.

Super friendly and have always been quick. Pricing is reaonable… I have had my clothes not only dry cleaned but also altered and not had a bad experience yet!

Whatever you do, don’t bring your clothes here. I use to bring my clothes here every week even after some reviews here said to stay away. I gave them a chance and had two blouses ruined, they stained them plus another torn.
I didn’t argue just never went back.

ZERO stars would be given if possible. At first they seemed like a good cleaners due to the hours. Not the friendliest people but the hours and prices caused me to overlook that.
Never take any clothes here. Whether it be a pair of jeans, a full suit or a simple tie. I actually brought a tie here for cleaning and when picked up there was a stain on it that wasn’t originally. How is that supposed to happen??? I bring it to you to get cleaned Berkley Cleaners! Not stained.
I had them clean it again due to the dissatisfaction with the job. The older «rude» asian lady took it back with reluctance at no charge (which they should be doing anyway). I came back a week later and the tie was still stained in the same spot. After telling her what the hell had happened in a weeks time, she simply gave me my money back and stated, «My husband said not to bring your orders here anymore». Seriously??? The jerk didn’t even want to come and tell me himself. I gladly took my money and let them know that neither my business, my friends, and as many Unilocal users as possible will not return here either.
TIP: Drive right by and don’t stop here. They will ruin your clothes.

Friendly and fast service. Love how they remember you when walk in. Clothes are always ready when they say they will be and their prices are on the low side.

Ruined my jacket! I told the lady how expensive my jacket was and since there was black and white in the jacket I told her if she couldn’t do it then don’t! She did it anyway and some kind of chemical bled on to the white leaving blue spots all over it. She was not sorry she kept saying even though the jacket was expensive they used cheap lining that made it bleed. I asked if it could be done and she kept assuring me she would test it and if it was okay she would dry clean but she was very careless! Never coming back! Also it took her more than 10 minutes to find my dry cleaning in the first place!

Berkley Square Cleaners is very affordable and the people who run the place are very friendly.
I have not had any problems with this place. My shirts are always washed and pressed very well.

They take your atm card and don’t charge you extra.
Laundered shirts are 1.65.

Between the service you get from Ann and her husband, the prices and the Fact that its organic this is literally the greatest dry cleaners EVER!

This was my first time going to this cleaners and it was horrible. At first glance the establishment seems very good clean and well kept. Thomas was the first point of contact I had he was very understanding and receptive to my cleaning needs. Today I picked up my 7 shirts and 2 pants for work 3 out of the 7 shirts had red stains on them the old Asian lady who is HORRIBLE. I am very livid she said my shirts were «so filthy and they were hard to clean» which isn’t true at all I sit behind a desk all day the only thing that gets dirty is the collar and cuffs on the shirts. I told her I wanted them re-​cleaned she was upset but accepted then after discovering the same problem with two other shirts I did not pay them for those three shirts the rest looked very good luckily if not I had no choice to go to another cleaner and hope they can do a miracle to help me out. The Asian lady also was lying to customers saying my shirts were difficult as I complained aloud I asked other customers inside how they liked those worked and some said good and others said they weren’t coming back they cut too many corners. Once I paid for what was actually cleaned I was told never to return which upset me even more I really liked their work just wanted what I was paying for I will attempt to speak with Thomas the older woman is incompetent and closed minded.

The only reason i’m giving two stars instead of one is because they did a good job taking the stains out in my blazer.
But I asked the lady to alter my dress pants into capris and she did not do a good job. She had me try them on and show her how I wanted them. I showed her the length and how i wanted them to look (tapered at the calf). She said «very cute!» and promised to have them done by Friday. I picked them up Saturday and I was expecting her to have me try them on to make sure they were how I wanted. She didn’t, she just handed me my clothes and that was it. I was kind of surprised, but thought maybe she is confident in how they look so I went home. I went to wear them 5 days later and they looked ridiculous. She basically made them into super long shorts. They were sewn nicely where they were cut, but were not tapered into capris.
Very dissatisfied with the alterations here. I will never come here again for alterations.
However, no complaints with the dry cleaning.

Great Local Business. Honest, Quick, and Reasonable. Over the past 5 years going to them, they have never let me down. If you are looking for a local (Covina) Dry Cleaners this is by far the best one in town.
