Very cool little personal training studio. The owner/trainer Paul does one-on-one training, or will take couples or maybe 3 people at a time. HUGE focus on injury prevention and perfect form over big weight. That philosophy works great for me personally. Paul is very knowledgable and does a good job of keeping things pretty entertaining during workouts — you won’t just be doing a bunch of boring reps of olympic lifts for an hour. Workouts so far have been total-body, dynamic movement kind of stuff and have left me feeling it a bit the next day but not immobilized. Overall, great atmosphere and great training. Price is extraordinarily good for the level of personal attention and quality of training.
