I went into the Sprint store this morning and talked to Matthew about a minor repair issue. By the time my wife and I left we had 2 new phones AND most of our technical and billing issues resolved. I can’t recall a more positive experience with any one than I had with Matthew today. Just when I was giving serious thought to leaving Sprint Matthew single handedly changed my mind.

I want to say i have never had a good experience with Sprint until today with a gentlemen Matthew he was kind and patient and fixed my problem which i bought two new phones he also helped with billing issues i will definitely return to this store. Matthew you are a great customer service specialist old school customer service is gone i. Most places Glad you still posses that even though you were feeling sick let me say thank you for restoring my faith in sprint
