I am extremely pleased with this location. I have delt with U-​haul for years while moving in the Army. During this trip I needed just a trailer to take my daughter’s furniture to her in Iowa from Tennessee. I already reviewed the place I picked up from and now I am very happy with my drop off. U-​haul has done a great job improving how their places operate and these two locations are no exception. The drop off was very smooth. There was already someone in front of me dropping off a truck and trailer but I did not have to wait in order to get some service. They were very fast and easy to deal with. The lady taking care of me had a hand held device which seriously decreased the time to process. I am glad I chose this location to drop off as they were very nice.

The manager and employees were very knowledge and helpful. They installed a hitch for me on my Subaru in about an hour and a half and gave me a GREAT deal on a 4×8 trailer. They totally took care of me and I left on my cross country move feeling satisfied with my experience at this U-​Haul location.
I would definitely recommend to anyone, especially in the Omaha area! Call around and compare to U-​haul places in Omaha. you’d be surprised, I bet you end up going with these guys instead!: ]
