McDonald’s

The reason why people dislike McDonald’s isn’t cause of the food, athough that alone would be a good reason… it’s because no matter what time of day or what location your at, it takes forever to get your food… here, they appeared to have a full staff and yet my friend was almost half done with his food before I got mine… Granted, the girl who took my order was friendly enough, but until they actually bring fast back to fast food, people will continue to dislike coming to places like this

Okay — McDonald’s I get it it’s not special or anything but the staff as kind of slow and not very attentive and there was a male employee cleaning the women’s bathroom and he was in there forever texting on his phone (mind you we were traveling across country and I REALLY needed to go and so I checked 2 – 3 times) which is just rude when you have a pretty busy morning crowd. I would recommend trying to find a different McDonald’s if you can this one also wasn’t exactly easy to get to off the highway as it’s in a strange part of a parking lot and you’re not 100% sure where to turn to get there.

What can I say about this McDonald’s? It’s a traditional McDonald’s. Nothing special about it.
It has been here for a very long time and part of the restaurant is starting to show its age. The bathrooms probably haven’t been redone in years as an example.
The food is your typical fast food. You get it in a good amount of time and it doesn’t cost a whole lot.
I went into the restroom at around 7am this past Satruday and the toilet and bathroom was gross. there was actually hamburger pieces on the ground. This early in the morning, I expect the bathrooms to be clean.
Overall, its pretty close to me and I come here occasionally to punish my stomach.

When I come to Mcdonalds I expect the typical fast junk food that I have been in love with since childhood. Mcdonalds knows their customers and as far as businesses go they give the customer what they want.
This place always gets my order right whether it’s a simple value meal, or twenty items off the value menu when I pull up in a car full of drunk people after the bar.
You know what your getting and you get what you pay for. What more could you want?

The pop dispenser and ice machine are funky! There’s pink mold in the ice dispenser for sure! I had to ask for new cups! DISGUSTING! Customers in general but customers with respiratory illnesses like asthma shouldn’t be exposed to mold.

While McD’s is not very healthy food at all and this place being no exception the location for this restaurant is not too shabby when on a lengthy drive across I-​80. I am sure there are more healthy restaurant options in Council Bluffs and the Omaha area but since I am not too familiar with the area driving aimlessly is not much of an option when also having your pet along with you on the long drive. They at least have a picnic bench at the back of the store by what looks like a dumpster but is actually a cardboard recycling holder so no foul odors. That way you can rush in or drive up and get your order and sit outside with your dog and also stretch so he does not have to sit in a hot car.
