I was a walk-​in with two people with appointments ahead of me, and still only sat in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes. Very fast and thorough, and were very good at putting my worries to rest.
I went in expecting to be there for at least 2 hours and ended up being there for less than an hour total. Whoa!
Would definitely recommend.
