Nikkita and the other employees were SO HELPFUL getting my break lights fixed after I was told by a different location that I would need to go to the dealership or you pull it place. I can’t express how nice and helpful they were.

Most Autozones I have had good luck with. There is an older guy that works at this location who is a total jerk. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while no one was working. Finially I was asked for help. I ask him to check the codes in my car. He asked if my light was on– I told him it was but not now. He refused to check the codes. I have never had that from other autozone loactions. Most staff is happy to help.
I have my own code reader and I know the codes are stored. He was just lazy and rude. Go somewhere else. I will never go back there.
Stores need to learn that customers have choices and bad or rude service is not acceptable.
