My first visit with Charles Welly and it was not a pleasant experience. He is rude, stand offish and non personal. Questioning me in a condescending manner as though he did not understand. I am college educated and very articulate. I wish to be treated with respect as I give it to others. Find some one else, worst I have experienced.
