Verve Events & Tents

I was so happy with my rentals and the entire process start to finish. We were originally referred to Classic Party Rentals in Phoenix. They were incredibly over priced, and terrible at responding to me at all. They didn’t even contact me with an estimate until almost 3 months after I originally talked to them.
Everyone at verve was so helpful and kind, and Dani really put herself out there to help me, and make me feel comfortable and happy. She took away all the stress!
Everything was delivered on time and they even sent me pictures to be sure I was happy with the set up.

i never wrote a review on something, but this upset me so much, i had to warn people. Lets start by saying, they are the only rental place near Sedona, so they think they can charge whatever they want, whenever they want, without verifying it with the cardholder. it was my wedding day, and i simply asked my friend to call and see if they would be able to take one of the tents down a day early since they had to bring the chairs to the venue and would be there anyways. she called to inquire about it, and they said they could do that. they didnt tell her how much, so i figured they were just doing it to be nice since they were already bringing the chairs as i said. then my friend called me and said they called her back to tell her they were on their way, and that it would be $ 400 to take it down!!! that’s more than the cost of the tent itself. i thought surely this had to be a mistake. when i called them, they said it was no mistake. I told them to cancel the request. they said they already had people on the way and couldn’t cancel the request!!! are you kidding me!!! they never thought to call the person whose card is on file with them, who they were about to charge $ 400!!! I have never heard of any business who would just charge the card on file without verification that it was ok from the actual card holder. Well she said, call us monday and we will see what we can do. When i called monday they still wanted to charge me even though i didn’t want the tent down since i would be charged a ridiculous amount AND that they didn’t verify it was ok with the cardholder before they decided to send people out. When i explained this to the so called manager, SHE started tearing up and getting hysterical… ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! the only reason she can act like this is because the event is already done, and they know they are the only game in sedona, so who cares if they get bad reviews…
I understand that they had men working on it and they should get paid… but like i said, if i had known that they were going to charge me at all, I never would have asked them to. No one ever called me to verify the price. Plus I tried to cancel it the minute I found out, but they are money hungry and could just call the guys and tell them not to come. This manager is a whack job. The one good thing i have to say about them is one of the girls named danni, who helped me arrange the things i needed for my wedding. She is amazing and knows her stuff. Thank you DANNI!!!

We put on a big concert last night in Cottonwood and rented the stage from Verve. They were punctual and professional and the stage was exactly what we needed. They took care of everything. These guys really know what they’re doing. We had a lot of balls in the air for this show and it was so nice to know that the stage was not something we had to worry about. It was totally taken care of.
We rented chairs, a dance floor and some other things from them last year for my brother’s wedding and had the same seamless and perfect experience. If you are putting on an event in the Verde Valley and you need to rent literally anything for any type of event, it’s a no-​brainer, this is the company you need to call. They’re completely dependable and priced very fairly. Thank you so much!
