One of our agents used a contractor from this company and it took almost 2 days of constant calling to get our key returned to our office so that we could bring in other contractors to finish the other repairs, thankfully our agent has a good relationship with their client, otherwise, they could have lost this deal because we were unable to get the house on the market by the agreed upon time. And when we were finally able to speak with the contractor, his answer was «I’ll try to get it to you this morning» (sarcastic emphasis on the «try»). I don’t think I’ve come across a more unprofessional contractor in my 10 years of working in real estate.
