Tried it for the first time last night. Nothing too special. Definitely short staffed but not holding it against them. Couldn’t get an order in and by the time I could they were sold out of the two cupcakes I rattled off to try. This was around 8. Ran out of chocolate and cream cheese frosting so that knocked out 4 of the 7 cupcakes they offer. Tried the Jim Jones cocktail(cause I’m not a dessert martini person) it had little to no flavor, tasted watered down. My friend tried two of their martinis though and loved them, they have a good deal where you get a cupcake and martinis for $ 10. Didn’t try the food because it looked nothing special for the $$ they wanted. Probably won’t try again.

Three visits. Kept expecting more. Not bad, just limited. Atmosphere is lacking. Drinks are on the expensive side. Three strikes and out.

I stopped in to pick up some cupcakes for a gathering and was disappointed. With cupcakes on your sign you really need to put more effort into it. Given the popularity of cupcakes there are others out there to deliver much better product. Given that there not that many specialty flavors one would think the ones they do make would be amazing. We tried strawberry, lemon, chocolate with salted caramel icing. They were dry and not very flavorful we agreed that we could do better at home with boxed mixes.

Went to this place on a Saturday night for a birthday. Staff was O.K. one of the gals running food looked like she rolled out of bed… for the price of items at this establishment, staff should be on their game. They were not that friendly or accommodating from what we saw. $ 10 for a Rang Tang Vodka and Club soda. Kind of pricey. The décor is kind of all over the place — big plastic fire ball in the back of the room… I will say they had music and they weren’t bad. We probably won’t go back though.

I wish I could say something good about you guys, but I can’t. The few times I have visited, I have witnessed one of the owners drunk and yelling at an employee, that employee was a girl I went to high school with, she has since left Se7en, but has told me enough disgusting things about the kitchen that I will NEVER order any food from them again. I have witnessed a drunken girl pour her drink all over the bar tender, and nothing was done about her, because apparently the owners don’t care as long as they are making money. The cupcakes sit out all day, which explain why they are stale and tasteless, which by the way, we all can see the betty crocker cake mix sitting on the shelves In the back, so if I wanted to pay an arm and a leg for a cup cake made by betty crocker, I’d rather it be fresh. The only thing I liked about you guys was the Gluttony Martini, which even then it was a hit or miss. Let’s face it, it was a great idea, but the owners just don’t know how to run a bar.

Expensive for what you get, which are ordinary and bland cupcakes, martinis that are poorly made. Bar staff were more interested in having fun than paying attention to the customers. The other ratings verify my experience. An utter waste of time and money!

I wanted to like this place. I want to like any place with cupcakes. But this place is way off the mark. It almost feels like you are in someone’s basement. The chairs and tables do not contribute to the«theme» the rest of the décor is highly confusing as well. The plastic frat boy blow up Fireball bottle in the corner was the piece de résistance. Cupcakes were dry and frosting tasted like it had been sitting out a while. The cupcakes are weirdly positioned at the bar and not labeled well. It doesn’t feel like a martini bar or anything special. Meh. At best.

We were in the area and stopped in on a fluke. A huge thank you to the staff and entertainment for making our night enjoyable! For an impromptu night, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful evening. We WILL be back!

Tried this place for the first time last night and will not be going back. I wanted to like it, it seems like they had a good idea but boy did they miss it on the décor and food menu. I thought, with such creative ideas for martinis with matching cupcakes, that I might walk into some swanky place with a sofa or two, somewhere cozy to spend with a friend or boyfriend. Instead, it didn’t make any sense. It felt like I was walking into«Old Country Buffet» with their cheap tables, country looking light colored wood chairs, vinyl appliqué words on the wall with rustic metal stars. None of it seemed to fit their martini/cupcake concept at all. The food menu was pitiful, we got a pizza, it reminded me of those cheap .99 cent frozen pizzas. The martini was fine. The only thing that I enjoyed was the fact that it was open mic night and the singers were nice to hear. Oh, I will say the waitress was really nice but sadly that alone will not make me return.

The owners here are very much invested in their business with different martini’s and cupcakes. Enjoy live music almost every night. This will be a mainstay in Cottleville. I noticed a lot of negative reviews on Unilocal and would suggest anyone that negatively reviewed the location give another shot.

Cupcake not much flavor to it. For a carrot cake cupcake it was a little dry. Martini was good. Lemon drop tastes just like the lemon drop hard candy. Service was pretty good too. Food options not really much to choose from. Basic blah appetizers.

I was really excited to see this place open, so I’m disappointed by the experience. It seems like you’re not really sure what you want to be — a high end martini and cupcake place? Then don’t serve bland breadsticks and small frozenlike pizza on metal plates. That’s the kind of food I pick up in dive bars. Service was good, and our waitress was friendly although she did throw her kitchen staff under the bus with constant criticisms. We didn’t notice so there was no need to mention what she saw as poor service. The cupcakes were just okay. I’ve had much better from places that set themselves up as cupcake businesses. Same for martinis… some very strange offerings that just didn’t seem to come together. Don’t think I’ll try again. I know other places to get good cupcakes and martinis.

Martini recipes seem to be suspiciosly similar to VB’s Chocoate Bar martinis. .. Hmmm? C’mon let’s be more original and create your own!

Totally agree with Rose C. Most especially about courtesy and a simple apology. They are a new business and surely it’s stressful. Will give it another go sometime soon. Great martinis!

I really wanted to like you. Your Facebook page had tons of good reviews(which the good and the bad seemed to have disappeared). I know you are new, but the food menu is not terribly exciting. Our pizza crust was soggy and looked like a frozen pizza. I did appreciate the generous amount of cheese! Throw parsley/oregano/something on there to jazz it up! The bosco bread sticks were pale and bland and I didn’t care for the sauce. Brush a little garlic butter on those puppies. My red velvet cupcake was meh. Everyone was very friendly, but service was a little lacking and we were the only customers in there. Please don’t ask if I want a plate and fork, just bring them. Perhaps you are not a lunch destination and I’ll have to stop in one evening for a martini. (How interesting that there are currently 23 unrecommended reviews, many of which are unfavorable).

The cupcakes were very mediocre and they tasted like a box mix. Although I am willing to pay a high price for bake goods, the quality did not match the price. I only tried the cupcakes and cannot speak to the martinis or other food. The décor is not very attractive – the LED lights are not hung in a way that are visually appealing. The service was none too friendly(when we actually got it). Overall, I would not go back.
