This place has gone down hill. Often only two people working with long waits. Locals are going more now to Starbucks accross the street where theres six people working and everything is a well-​oiled machine. Please send your employees to Starbucks so they can watch how ots done.

The workers messed up two orders in a row. They then never gave me my sandwich. I waited for almost 10 minutes before they even noticed I was there. They then realized they forgot my food, after I told them. They came back to tell me they had «No ham left. Sorry.» This was only 11 in the morning… they should have told me they didn’t have any ham when I ordered, instead of never bringing out my food. The brunette and red headed young men working there were obnoxious. I can’t believe they thought they were funny. Worse Caribou experience ever. Caribou is my favorite, I refuse to drink Starbucks but this experience was horrible. They didn’t even put the right chocolate in my Tuttle mocha.

I’ve recently become a fan of a variety of third wave coffee shops in the Twin Cities, but in this part of Cottage Grove, you’ve got your Starbucks & your Caribou… and when a girl needs her fix, one of them will have to do.
I actually quite like this Caribou location. A friend of mine lives in Cottage Grove, and has become somewhat of a regular, so on a few occasions, the barista calls out, «Medium skim, wet cappuccino today?», when he sees her walk in. I like that.
My guilty pleasure as of late has been a Pumpkin White Mocha, as I’m a sucker of holiday flavored coffee – it’s holiday cheer in a cup for me, as it always makes my morning frown disappear :)
I’m also a fan of their low-​fat banana bread, and the D’Amico turkey & dried cherry pasta salad they sell. No matter what I’m come in for though, I always receive fast service with a smile… so I can’t ask for much more.

I’m a loyal Caribou customer and a creature of habit, so most of the staff at this location know my usual (large skim white mocha). I’m in and out the door in a matter of minutes. I’ve visited other locations, but this one is my favorite!

A great place to get your coffee fix, and my favorite location. As far as I’m concerned, Caribou has the best coffee available, especially Obsidian.

Inver Grove Heights, MN
Fast and Friendly. We have stopped in here two or three times now. There is not a drive through at this location — we found that out the hard way and had to turn around in the oil change place next door. (DOH!)
