I recently installed some electric fencing for containment of my 4 horses, and I was looking for a fence stretcher. All the other north bay area places insisted that for poly braid fencing, no stretching was required. After calling Bob at Wine Country, he said he might have what I was looking for. I drove on over, and he spent a good 20 minutes digging through suppliers catalogs to see what the options were! That’s customer service! He fully well knew I wasn’t going to spend a bunch of money, I’d already purchased 99% of the material I needed, yet he went well beyond the effort I would have expected.
