We worked with Shelley for our maternity photos at Helen Putnam Park in Petaluma, and we could not be happier with our selection of photographer! Not only did she make us feel completely comfortable and ourselves during the shoot, the photos turned out beautifully. We will definitely be working with her again in the future for newborn photos and more.

Shelley was our wedding photographer for our SF City Hall wedding. She was super easy to work with for setting up all the details prior to the wedding, which is great since even though we were getting married at City Hall, there still seemed to be a million things to think about! Shelley was referred to us by a friend and was so open and friendly that she was a natural choice for by husband and myself. I’m not super comfortable in front of the camera so I knew that it was important we felt comfortable with the photographer. Shelley and her assistant/​husband were great on the day of our marriage, all of our family members seemed to think they needed to take millions of photos and she was super patient with them getting in the way of her shots. In fact, she had the great idea to take a photo of all of them taking photos of us… its one of my favorites from the wedding! I love the way all the photos turned out, we have great pics both at City Hall and the Palace of Fine Arts. I would highly recommend Shelley as a photographer!

I employed Shelley Dee to take a mixture of professional and personal photographs to update my online presence. I found her to be very professional, hard working and flexible with my schedule. We setup a shoot in and around the SSU campus. During the shoot she expressed a lot of creativity and insight with setting up various shots. She captured my image extremely well, and I was very pleased with the results.

Shelley is an amazing photographer and artist. Her designs and logos are beautiful and modern. And her party decorations and themes are extraordinary. I love her imagination and skill. Shelley did some gorgeous pictures of my husband and I at a winery last fall — we’re not even attractive people (lol) and we looked great — she knew exactly where to put us and how to pose us. I felt awkward at times, but when the photos came out, WOW. This girl has quite an eye. Also, she listened to what we wanted and gave ideas to suit our comfort levels, as we aren’t models (see Not Attractive above); but she was kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. So I would say that if you aren’t really sure what you want, she’s excellent at ideas and suggestions — that was our case, and we were more than pleased. Thank you Shelley Dee — you rock!

Shelley did a fabulous job with my youngest daughters senior pictures and her graduation. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the pictures as well as the time Shelley spent in making it perfect!!!
