Peacepipe Smoke Shop

Been coming here for years, to both locations, and I love the Products and most of the time they’re great, but you have a problem employee here. I came in and spent over $ 500 before Christmas, and the girl working was unbelievable. She’s a brunette who looks about average and has been working for you for years at both locations, she’s always been poor at her job but this time was wow. She was letting a customer try out his new vape pen in the shop, and he was sitting there blowing fat clouds inside stinking up the shop, which I’m pretty sure is illegal, but then she proceeded to let him play loud inappropriate music on his phone and stood there dancing and exchanging numbers to hook up. Way inappropriate and I had to wait the whole time just to be helped, you really shouldn’t have someone like this working for you, she should try hooters instead.

Great service, great price, excellent selection. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Bought the micro vaped v3, got an outstanding product at a reasonable price. And she walked me through all of the components and care.

I purchased an item last night and decided to return product in less then 24 hours of original purchase (seal unbroken). However the young woman said no returns for cash but she can call her boss and ask for store credit. The young women goes in the back for roughly 10 – 15 seconds and says sorry we can’t do nothing for you. She never even called her boss, instead acted as if she did. Very disappointed as a consumer we deserve to be treated fair, I will never go back.

Needed a couple cigars in a hurry and found the Peacepipe on Unilocal.Not a large selection at this store, but some nice brands. $ 4-​$ 8 for most stogies. Picked up a Romeo y Julieta Churchill for only $ 7.50 and a Camacho for $ 6. The sales person said they have a larger selection in the Santa Rosa store.

Excellent service, good selection of water pipes, pipes, bubblers, grinders, cleaning products, art glass, and even dab pieces. They do check IDs.
The first time I visited was pleasant, but what really set Peacepipe Cotati apart in my head was one of the experiences my friend had. He had purchased a 2′ straight shot water pipe one afternoon, and that evening, the glass bottom part of it broke right off without him even doing anything wrong to it (it still worked, but it resembled some sort of strange, bottomless, raincatcher bong). Long story short, he called Peacepipe, even though it was past closing time by a half hour, and the man let him come over to the store so he could check it out and work out some return policy. In the end, the owner gave him an 18″ Zob beaker water pipe AND let him keep the semi– broken water pipe as well. The zob my friend got for free was priced at $ 120, even though the water pipe he originally got was $ 99. Sooo thoughtful of them to allow for some sort of refund and to help out a customer after closing time too!
They take care of you at Peacepipe, and are very willing to make your experience there a good one. Keep up with the good work, the smoking community needs more great service like you.
