Boneless is definitely the way to go here. My absolute two favorite flavors are lemon pepper & the Louisiana rub(a spicy dry rub). Garlic Parmesan taste good but the Parmesan coating just starts getting too much for me after one or two wings. Barbecue and Cajun are decent. Hawaiian is too sweet. Their combo is a great deal — a sauce(ranch, blue cheese, and honey mustard), an x amount of wings that can be boneless or bone in and you can mix the flavors, and fries. Their ranch is top notch and goes well with all their wing flavors. The fries have a hint of sweetness to them.

You can’t prepay an order for pickup either over the phone or online. This franchise«doesn’t do that». Strange

Horrible service, talk about a lack of communication, and customer service skills. Don’t expect anyone to help you explain the menu, very rude. However, the food itself is good. Will go back, only if I order online and have no interaction with the staff. Check your order, it’s not uncommon for mistakes.

The wings were dry and barely had any sauce at all! They tasted like plain chicken fingers from any fast food place. Overpriced and definitely not worth it. Go to B-Dubbs on Bristol.

Whoop whoop! One of my friends just loves loves wingstop. I came here to get my online order, which I placed last night for one if the family deals. I had the order place for an 11am pick up which is exactly when the open. I called from Huntington Beach at 10:25 to see if I could reduce my order and they were awesome, not annoyed Orr bothered by my request. I arrived exactly at 11am and the changed order was ready, perfect in detail and j was very impressed with the quality! We served them right away but others heated them up and ate a couple hours later and they wee great! We got a few favors ad they were all greeat! Fries are delish too! Great job with your customers guys!

This place is not really for me. I’m comparing to other places in the area that offer wings. To me this place is kind of cheap, like a franchise. The wings to me taste like they were frozen for a long time and then prepared really fast and sever. If you like wings try Wing Nuts on Harbor.

I always can go for wings. This location is the closest one to me so i come here whenever i want wings to go or if i want wings late at night. The service is fast and sometimes slow depending if they are busy but the wings are tasty and i love the fries here.

My daughter won a certificate here from the local library, — reading program… so we went… The fries were soft and greasy… thumbs down… The potato salad was gross… The bones less wings– Parmesan and garlic… We’re super salty, we had to remove the breading. The normal hot wings were ok… not coming back…

Great wings and a good value on Monday and Tuesday’s. Only down side. Parking a bit tight. And they are open late too. Which is nice if your snackish after a movie

I ordered the original got and the garlic parmesan boneless wings with a side of fries. The original hot wings were delicious and I was really happy about them. They are hot, but not to the point where you can’t enjoy them. The French fries were seasoned to perfection. My only negative comment is that the garlic Parmesan wings were so salty and I could not enjoy them. It was just too much for my palette, instead of cheese it was just pure salt. Other than that my experience here was excellent.

Love chicken wings! Not a fan of chain wing restaurants at all like Wing Nuts or Buffalo Wild Wings — gross! BUT surprisingly thus location of Wing Stop cooks and seasons the wings exactly like I like them — extra crispy skin, and the meat moist but not chewy all the way to the bone. Custom wings! Just ask for extra crispy! And they cook the fries perfect — semi crispy with soft centers. Just ask for medium soft fries! I hate dry crunchy fries like the ones from In-n-Out. Too many wing places make rubbery wings with soggy skin and chewy meat. Good wings should be crispy skinned with the meat moist but dry to the bone. Never chewy. Most wing places have jumbo steroid looking wings. Bigger is not always better. Too big wings are never cooked all the way to the bone. Yuck! I don’t like any other location of Wing Stop. The other locations don’t do custom orders right and the wings sux in texture and flavor. This is the only location that gets my order right. The guys and gals that work here are awesome too, they are always accommodating if the wings and fries aren’t done the way I like them. They replace everything no charge and even give you extra. The best: Lemon Pepper(ask for extra dry seasoning) Original Hot

This place simply has the best sauces, great spices and seasoning on the fries, and tasty batter/crust on the chicken. I always get the chicken tenders or boneless wings, and have tried the lemon pepper, cajun, and atomic sauces. The cajun in my opinion has the perfect flavor to hot pepper burn ratio. I have a decent heat tolerance so I can taste the atomic sauce for a while before my taste buds get too fried. It has really good flavor. The fries are well seasoned with a mild sweetness and a great, but not overpowering saltiness. I have been to several locations, and have gotten great quality at most, including this one, which is why I am giving it 5⁄5. However, I was at a location in Los Angeles, and the fries were soggy, limp, and barely warm and the chicken was soggy, not crispy, and also not too warm, as if both had been sitting out for a while. Very good place overall. Their hottest sauces are worthy enough to sacrifice my stomach lining to.

I was craving hot wings(for the second day in a row), so I went on Unilocal to see what was open at 11pm. Wingstop was at the top of the list, and being that it was open till midnight(score), and the closest(double score) I decided not to waste any time and gave them a call. Gal on the phone was a doll. Super cute voice, informative, patient, nice and even went as far as looking for the nutritional information book when I asked for the calorie difference between the blue cheese and the ranch dressing(she couldn’t find it, but she got points for looking). When I got there I was surprised to see about 8 ppl sitting and eating, and one dude in line. As soon as I got to the register the cashier asked my name, and had my food out before I could reach in my back pocket for my visa(dope). I was swiped, cupped, and on my way to the soda machine in less than 5 secs. As I walked around to the soda machine I noticed the counter looked extremely dirty, and the table I put my take out on was even more dirty. Some dude came by with a wash rag and wiped it real quick, and it looked exactly the same.(That wash rag looked like he dipped it in a putrid toilet bowl filled with doo doo water). I was grossed out, and ready to go home. Now concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen and the state of my food. I had wings from Papa John’s the night before(which were ) so I was excited to try wings from an actual wing joint. Opened the box and was immediately disappointed. The wings were small skinny, and just looked old. Like dry, thin, and wrinkly. Upon my first bite I noticed they weren’t crispy at all, and the skin tasted like paper. Thin, over cooked, flavorless. The sauce was watery, and not sticking to the wings very well. The meat itself was rough, and chewy like beef jerky without the flavor. They also weren’t juicy at all. Disappointed I moved on to lemon pepper fries. Not a lot of flavor but def already tastier than the wings. Unfortunately they too tasted a bit overcooked on the outside, and on the inside they tasted undercooked. Like they were sitting in cold grease for hours, and then heated up really quick. Overall my experience was… well, disappointing. I WILL try them again during the day, and not so close to closing, but if things are the same I will prob never go to this wingstop again. Except to order their ranch dipping sauce. I could drink that stuff up with a straw

First time trying wingstop here in Costa Mesa. I tried my first one in Fullerton/brea area with a gal pal of mine. I wanted my parents to try it out cause I liked it. The staff was very friendly here and it wasn’t too packed even though it was dinner time. My parents are kind of old school in their own ways and thought it was too sweet and too salty lol. I think we got their honey BBQ and their garlic boneless wings. They were both pretty good I thought. Still doesn’t compare to a Korean fried chicken place that isn’t in business anymore :( They have a small parking lot area that gets filled up pretty quickly so if you want to come here or to any of its neighboring business make sure you come by early to get a spot.
