Great service and the staff was friendly! Best shop I’ve ever gone to. Came in looking for a bong and the guy gave us one for a great price! He was very helpful and was patient with us as we took a bit to decide. We even came back for another piece and he gave us a great price as well! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This place is awesome. The staff is really helpful, the prices are so reasonable. I got a glass piece and I’m super happy with it. Came here because of the reviews on Unilocal and this place is indeed 5 stars!
Bought a piece for a friend, turns out there was a small crack and they happily agreed to trade it out. This was WITHOUT a receipt + about 2 months after purchasing! The 2 gentlemen that helped me buy and exchange were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend coming to this place first!

Walked in. cool vibe. everything was cool. i just asked for their mods Reuleaux RX200 said no. just said no and went away. i wanted to see more mods but just got completely shut down. not to mention the mean looks i got for just looking around the store, i felt really upset. but whatevs. just went somewhere else and still got my mod.

Went here because of the Unilocal reviews. Unilocal did not disappoint. I’m glad since I drove here from San Juan Capistrano. I was helped by a young man. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I went into up in smoke yesterday and I gotta say it’s one of the sickest smoke shops I’ve been to. Big selection of glass and the guy who helped me, Farris (I hope I’m spelling it right) was super chill and helped me with everything I needed. Definitely recommend this smoke shop for all of your smoking/​vaping needs!

The guys there, forgive me for forgetting their names, are great! I bought a vape for my husband about two months ago and we have been back with a few operational issues and they have been very nice and helpful.
Last night we went back again with issues with the vape and finally came to the realization that the vape had a faulty airflow piece and the guy replaced it, at no charge, with an even better one and the vape works perfect now!
I will have a smoke/​cigarette free Thanksgiving!

I haven’t vaped in two years and have spent a lot of money on them I told them I just wanted a basic one aka going the cheaper route cause I like to lose them or break them and he was super friendly and helped me with everything I needed no trying to up sell me or anything just up front and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and they also have a cute grandpa chihuahua chilling in the shop that is pretty funny. Thank you for your help! :) I will be back!

I had to pick up a vaporizer for a friend in Hong Kong and came here with a photo of the item and the people here were super helpful. They were patient and explained everything concisely. I had so many questions outside of the item I came here to buy and they were really great with that as well.
Apparently they have a very extensive array of products and if you’re a newbie, or a seasoned shopper, this is THE place for you!

Place is a bit tucked away behind a Peruvian restaurant and Del Taco but super friendly, sweet guys. 1 is incredibly hot. I usually go in and buy stupid stuff just for the awesome welcome and to gawk.
They have a great selection and know a lot about their products too. Prices are reasonable and thats saying a lot considering the area.

Fantastic selection and customer service. These guys are also very generous and accommodating, as well as over all great guys to talk to. This is the first smoke shop I have been to since I turned 18 and I can’t see any reason to go to any other smoke shops besides this one for as long as I’m in the area.
These guys were knowledgeable, strick about not selling to minors, and had a great business model geared towards gaining long term support, rather than just getting you put the door as fast as possible while making as much money off you as they can, like many other buisnesses in their field.
