Okay who doesn’t love Starbucks?! Delicious and so many options and you can customize every drink they have!
This one gets a bit crowded so just stay patient, they work as hard as they can here!

I consider this my home store. Visit it 2 – 3 times a week. Giving it 3 stars simply because their coffee, that being Veranda, or any other types of roasts, is always lukewarm. Always. I can stir it with my finger. Please address this issue.
Would be happy to change the rating if I am pleasantly surprised on my next visit.

I was at the Marriot directly across from this location. I was really needing some breakfast, a bagel to be exact. After being told at the Marriot hotel café that a bagel would cost me $ 6 … I looked into other near by options. Starbucks was there for me. I told my story to the cashier/​barista who helped me and he felt my annoyance. The staff is really friendly but really am efficient, even though it was the top of the morning, the staff kept the line going and were über friendly to each customer. The store was clean, neat, and organized and hey, I got a bagel for $ 1.50 ! :)

Best customer service! They always greet me by my name and make me feel welcome! It’s always a joy to come here. Can get crowded during the week due to the local businesses near by. I took advantage of the mobile app ordering as it saves me time of waiting in line.

Perhaps the staff is extra happy at this Starbucks due to being in a small business locale that closes earlier. If so, they pass on their joy to you with smiles and great attitude :)

This Starbucks location should be the model to others. They are very quick, efficient and friendly. The morning line works like assembly — everything goes it and comes out very fast and without any mistakes. You can see that the employees are working as a team, joking with each other, talking with customers and keeping up the pace. I happened to witnessed a big coffee spill which was clean up immediately. Keep up the great work!

Wow I had the pleasure of going to this Starbucks waiting for someone. Upon entering this Starbucks, I must say this location is very very clean! I’m not surprised considering that it is in Irvine in the middle of businesses.
I ordered a green tea lemonade and they made it perfectly! It was somewhat slow but the barista took my order and also made it for me. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable!
I had to get a refill to get her name to be honest. If I had to come here again, I do hope she is working!
This place layout is somewhat off but I like how they have chairs like in the front so it’s peaceful! And the AC definitely feels really nice regardless of sitting next to the door.
Note: you have to pass the light and make an immediate right since you can’t enter the other way.

Best baristas here– hands down. This is still a Starbucks, so you can pretty much get your «norm» here like any other Starbucks in the world. But. like I said before, the baristas always seem to leave me with a huge smile, and not just because they always make my drink perfect. The huge patio in the front is also a major plus.

Happy to have a Starbucks walking distance from home. The staff is just as friendly, if not friendlier than other locations. The batista even remembered my name and my order after only a few visits!
There is a nice patio that we usually use since it can get stuffy inside. The patio is supposed to be smoke free but sometimes there is a smoker. Note to them: please stop, the smoke spreads, sitting one table away from someone doesn’t make you in the clear.
For a small Starbucks, it is very crowded due to all the hotels which are also in walking distance, so expect a line, especially during peak morning hours, both on weekends and weekdays.
It’s in a nice plaza as well so if you like to enjoy a coffee right after lunch you are in luck!

I usually stop at this Starbucks during my lunch if I feel I need a pick-​me-​up. Since I come at around lunch time, I’m surprised it’s not insanely packed. In fact, there’s usually no one in front of me in line.
This Starbucks has a lot of space, with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The baristas here are friendly, helpful, and they’ve always gotten my drink out quick!

Starbucks is a bit overpriced but there are tons of them and when I cant get to the mini mart in the a.m. for my java fix, I make it over here.
Ive had some of their food items (salads) which are ok in a pinch. They arent very fresh sometimes and they are friggin pricey at 7 bucks each. Ingredients are high quality though and probably a more nutritious choice than most other places when youre in a hurry.

Its Starbucks, we know the deal. The staff here was super nice, thought it did take a little while for my java chip frappé to come out. Tasted great and hit the spot to recharge me to get through the rest of the day. WiFi and some nice seating, all around good location.
