I wanted to change it up and try something new for lunch. The reviews of this place seemed promising… The service was good, the food was«meh.» I ordered the Veggie Wrap — it was mediocre at best. The menu says it has cream cheese… instead I got provolone or swiss. the pesto sauce inside was a nice touch, but all you could really taste was the alfalfa spouts. For $ 7, the wrap was small, and kinda boring. I liked that my wrap came with a side, and I chose the fruit… kinda wished there was a little bit more fruit… there was a quarter cup of pineapple and grapes at most… I also ordered the Tomato Basil soup — All tomato, no basil… it reminded me of a creamy tomato pasta sauce that you can buy at the market… So this immediately went to the trash. I’ll give this place one more try and get something different next time, but honestly… I was not impressed and probably would not recommend it to anyone.

This place is a little gem hidden on Kalmus Dr a few yards away from Red Hill, in a block dominated by office buildings. The quality of the food you get here is surprisingly good, and definitely beyond expectation. The prices are reasonable, and a bargain given the quality of food. I am a big fan of paninis and wraps and I would go as far as saying that the Mediterranean chicken wrap I had here a few weeks ago was the best I’ve ever tasted in my life. My only gripe is the rather limited hours of operation that the fact that they are closed on weekends. Give them a try!

OK I am so ready to tell about saffron deli. This is one my favorite cafes because you get a great quality food with an amazing price. Highly recommended. By the way I totally recommend their: Burrito’s for breakfast, Clam cheddar soup, Tuna salad and the Lasagna is unbelievable make sure to try all of them.

Horrible service and way, waay, waaay over priced. I don’t mind paying for good quality but this place really isn’t. $ 2.50 for a Snapple ice tea. Middle Eastern woman is rude and has no customer service.
