Round Table Pizza

The order didn’t arrive at my place for one hour and half. Ordered @6:22pm delivered @8 pm.
Horrible service!!!

This review is for the excellent customer service I just received. I called to order delivery and a nice guy named Will was so helpful.

I come here often cuz my school is right across the street from here. In my opinion I think it all depends in location for round table. This location is okay because I feel that the restaurant itself isn’t very clean. The salad and all the veggies aren’t fresh and tastes a bit old to me… The saltine crackers on the other hand is super old. I literally can taste the stale, disgusting pasty old cracker taste.
Their buffet deal is actually really good. I believe it’s $ 7.00 per person for the salad and pizza
Pizza is fair. Idk of its as fresh as it used to be. I wish they had cinnamon twists here though:/

We always get the King Arthur, tastes way better than the others in the area. We always pick it up, so I don’t know about delivery or online ordering, I always just call, it’s faster.

This is the worst Round Table of all time! I’ve placed online orders on two separate occasions and both times they were screwed up. The guy behind the counter was rude and never once apologized for not having my order ready. I can’t comment on the pizza b/​c the geniuses here weren’t able to manage the complicated task of online ordering.

Based on the taste alone, this should be rated higher, because Round Table is a decent tasting pizza.
But this location is complete garbage. I’ve had a slice stolen from my delivery on multiple occasions. How can I tell? because when you push all the slices together, there is a clear gap. Also, the slicing is not even. He tried to trick me by saying, «You got 12 slices, didn’t you? That’s how many slices you’re supposed to get.» As if you can’t cut it weird and create a 13^th slice that you then take. I call bull sh*t.
So I started ordering uncut pizzas and for awhile it was okay, then I received a pizza that had about ¹⁄₃^rd of the toppings slid off into a corner of the box. If you can’t keep the toppings on, then clearly there is something wrong with your employees.
This chain is staffed by lazy employees who don’t care whether you have a good experience or not (one exception was the delivery guy. He seemed honest and caring, even checking to see if I really received the right pizza. Sadly, this just isn’t enough to save the location’s rating).
Considering the price of the pizza and wings (which are a total rip off), you’d expect them to serve it to you on a golden platter… or at least with no slices missing or sloppy toppings.
On a side note, dining inside is particularly depressing. It just feels like your life is slipping away, what with the drab, dirty, poorly lit interior. There’s also a dark room that you will fear passing.
Just don’t go here. They don’t deserve your business.

Me «But i wanted it on my pizza, can you send a replacement?»

I pack up my order drive to the store and demand my money back. As soon as I walk in to this Italian pizza place, you cant help but notice it’s BLARING mariachi music! After driving down to the store returning an order your staff messed up and refused to fix, only then do they offer to replace the pizza… lazy. I refused and got my money back that was about 3 months ago I have not and never will order from this location again STAY AWAY!

Love their pizza, especially the gourmet veggie. Close to home, parking is a problem though.

The pizza is ok but I prefer other places and they changed the wing sauce and it’s just not good anymore

Stopped in for lunch because my co-​worker wanted to check out the lunch buffet. Now I have been a fan of Round Table pizza for quite some time. I always have preferred them over other large chain pizza places.
I was super surprised with the buffet. I mean for the price you just can’t beat it if you are looking for a salad and pizza bar. We came in and the pizza was coming out fresh. So when the trays started to run empty the quickly replaced it with a fresh pie. Salad bar was nice with plenty to choose from.
For $ 10.00 I got the lunch buffet with a ice cold beer. And I left stuffed. So for a chain restaurant and the price I will be coming back for sure. This location is a nice spot and was not too busy during the lunch rush. Wish I had time to play some of the arcade games but I had to get back to work. CHEERS!!!

Round table pizza is my favorite of all but somehow this location had even a better pizza than many other places I’ve been to. Customer service was great. Employees were nice and on point with cleaning up.

Ordered take out from our hotel. Placing the order required a discussion of whether or not they would take the order since it was close to closing. I dislike this type of customer non-​service. They should have procedures in place and leave the customer out of their decision making. Yes or no, its that simple.

AYCE Lunch Buffet w/​Salad Bar for $ 7.99 + $ 1.99 for a drink? Yes please.

Not from this area so I didn’t know where to order from. Some friends recommended this place and I never looked at Unilocal until now. It’s a bummer they are all negative but I am happy I had a good experience. We ordered online and the delivery was quicker than what was promised. The pizza was pretty good and very hot. I would most likely order this again :)

Sat 9÷27÷2014 8:50 pm. Go use the restroom. Urinal is busy with a store employee. I go use the toilet instead. it was not flushed after someone took a dump Strike 1.
Opted to wait for the employee to finish at the urinal instead. Employee doesn’t flush the urinal. That’s Strike 2.
Employee then leaves the restroom without washing his hands. Strike 3 I’m never coming back.

I’m a bit surprised to see so many negative reviews based on the service at this location. The service here has been the quality that has probably impressed me the most. Always quick to answer the phone and very courteous, never have to repeat myself over and over. Delivery is always on time (actually more often than not they’re early), the delivery driver is super friendly and the pizzas are piping hot.
A lot more toppings to offer than any Dominos or Pizza Hut. And they’re fresh! The overall quality is just far better. Wings are good too! Our go-​to on a Friday night after sports practice.

My husband And I came to this specific location for a late lunch. The cashier was rude and unpleasent. Almost all of the tables were dirty. Our boneless chicken was not fully cooked and it had a funny taste. We could have spent out $ 40 elsewhere. Definitly not returning to this location. And never ordering delivery from here again.

The pizza is good, but the customer service sucks!
I pre ordered pizza to have for my guests after my sons graduation. When I arrive to pick up the pizza they had screwed up on the order of pepperoni. The gentleman helping me tried to make it seem as though it were my fault and not theirs.
After repeating my order to them he seemed irritated with me. And he became even more irritated after I stated that the gentleman who helped me you repeated it to me and their error was not my error!
I spent almost $ 100 today. And when he continued to be rude to me I asked for the manager. He did not respond. I’ve been asked if he was the manager. And he stated to me that he was the owner!
I told him that I did not appreciate his attitude. He ssid if I didn’t like it, then to mot go back
I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! SHITTY SERVICE.

Yes, this the pricier end for pizza, but it’s much more worth it than Domino’s or Pizza Hut. We order from here quite often for our office. They always deliver on time. I came here for lunch today and called in ahead to save some time. I really like this round table because it’s much cleaner than the one down Bristol.
I ordered the medium ulti-​meat and 6 garlic parmesan twists for 3 people. It was plenty of food. The ulti-​meat is the meat lovers dream pizza. It lived up to it’s name. We also were able to find a coupon on their website prior to ordering so we got a 15% discount making our meal $ 20 total, that’s $ 7/​person.
