The girl working on Feb. 19 at 445pm is the dumbest bitch to work here! I specifically called and asked if their diamond stand up was working and she says yes. I get here I tell her I want to do the stand up for 12 min and she says someone just went in So I wait 20 minutes for them to leave and she cleans the bed and brings me to a lay down bed! She must be retarded I specifically said stand up like 3 times and she makes me wait and all this bulshit so I wasted a 30 min driving here and waiting for nothing! I’m calling the manager to report her someone this stupid should not be working here!

I would definitely recommend this salon to all of my friends and family. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful but Michelle helped and enlightened me on all there was to know about the equipment they had in the store and I explained to her on how I was looking for a good lotion as well. I love my new hemp lotion that michelle recommended me to try out almost of and will for sure come back for another bottle of lotion

Love this place! I’ve been to a few of their locations and have nothing but wonderful things to say. This store in particular is super clean and has really friendly staff. I am always welcomed as soon as i walk in the door and any question i have is answered right away. Mary was so helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products. We were able to find a great lotion to work with my sensitive skin. I’m very happy with my experience here and definitely recommend it to everyone!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I came in since I began to work in Newport Beach and the girls practically turned into family! I never have to wait, they are always so friendly and never sales pushy! Super clean and I get the best color! Double thumbs up to management and all the girls here! (:

poor customer service. well i was in this place a few months ago and was talked into buying the special three tans. no prob, i paid that and used one tan, and when i went back in today to use one of the remaining two tans, the girl told me sorry those are expired, i no one had explained that to me at the time of purchase. well I said could you please at least give me a discount 5 off or something? NO sorry im not the one that originally helped you! whats % off to retain a good customer? nothing! you guys just straight ganked me. well, myself and the friend who refer me will no longer return there! thats your loss.

Went there before my birthday to Vegas. Never tanned before and wanted to get a quick fix before I left. Decided to pay for spray tan and Tyler Anne was really great about helping me find the color I needed and gave me advice about what to do after I went home. Ended up looking great and spray tanned looked better than genuine tan. Thanks guys! Made my weekend getaway so much better.

So happy this location opened, it’s so close to my house! Its very clean and the staff is always friendly and they have great recommendations on how to get the best tan, not too pushy like other salons in the area. They answer all my dumb questions, and best part is, they’re open late so I can get my tan on when ever i want !!

Went in yesterday for a membership, the girls working the front were extremely helpful as well as insightful about the different beds. They were well informed and extremely personable. I’ve been to many tanning salons where they can barely even break from staring at their phones long enough to greet you. Great service and reasonable memberships ! Very pleased !
