Orkin Pest & Termite Control

These guys are horrible!!! I had a confrontation with one of the technician who serviced my home. He came to my house to collect a check knocked on my front door and when nobody answered right away he decided it was okay to knock on my side window and peek into my home. When I confronted the man about my window he did not even apologize. I have two daughters and a wife and this son of a bitch is lucky he only was yelled at. After minutes of confrontation and ignorance from the man I asked him to leave and he refused. I called the main office after all was over to file a complaint and the receptionist told me a manager would call me back. Well four days later I called them back and spoke with the manager that did not call me. When I told him the technicians name he said that he was made aware of the confrontation from the technician… Why did I not receive a phone call immediately? When I told the supervisor my side of the story he tried to justify that it’s okay to knock on the window and look inside the home. He also told us that the technician told him that it was another person who looked in the window. Have some integrity Orkin!!! You guys are pieces of shit! Please don’t ever trespass on my property again. If I could give you zero stars I would. I will also be in contact with your district manager since this issue is not taken seriously by your immediate supervisors.

I am very happy with Orkin! Our service representative Marcello is very professional and knowledgeable. We have the monthly service and he is very thorough! I would recommend Orkin especially based on our experience with Marcello!

I called this morning because of an ant infestation. When on the phone they tried to pitch me a service contract for every other month, I told them I have lived at my residence for two years and never had an ant problem so I just wanted a one time service which was supposed to be $ 92 dollars. When the technician arrived he pulls out a service contract which I indicate I only wanted a one time service as indicated on the phone and he tells me that will cost $ 249 dollars which I said no I was not told that you record your phone calls feel free to see and he said well there is no way I can do the service for $ 92 and I said there is no way I am paying that much when I was told $ 92 on the phone. So he said he could not do anything and left my home. To say the least disappointed and would never recommend these people to anyone.

Marcello is our designated Orkin associate and he has been so accommodating and is always there at a moments notice if we have any issues. My sister and I just bought our first home and we moved into a very bad ant infestation and Marcello didn’t give up and now we are living ant free thanks to Orkin. I’d recommend your services and especially Marcello to anyone! Thanks again!
