I’ve used Robert at OC Luxury Home Theater for the past year now he is prompt very reasonable in his pricing I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience he mounted two of my televisions and helped rewire a few of my components good job ROBERT thanks

If your looking to give away your money for a piss poor service, you found your man. If you happen to have lighting issues and you want to add more problems then you started with, please call Robert. If you want to be charged for using your own supplies this guys the best.

If I could give a negative star I would. Do not call Robert G! You will not get your work done correctly, get ripped off, and have to call another electrician to fix the problem. Have never come across such a crook in my life!

What a lousy experience. Robert seemed perturbed even when he called ME after getting an alert from Home Advisor. All I needed him to do was come and remount my large monitor. He gave me a price and we made the appt for Thursday at 4:30. I left work early just to make certain I wouldn’t be late. But he took no such care to make sure he even showed up. Which he didn’t. In fact, after waiting an additional hour and half past his appointed time, I called him. He didn’t answer, but instead texted me telling me he was driving and that he would call me later. That didn’t make sense… he could text in the car but not talk in the car. Well, he didn’t call anyway. So after waiting another hour for him to call, which he didn’t, I texted him again and told him to forget the appointment. He took 45 minutes to answer my text but asked if wanted to re-​schedule. I wanted to give him another chance and said yes if he could the next day (Friday). He said he’d check and, you guessed it, another 40 minutes went by before he texted me (I’m not quite sure why he doesn’t like phoning) to say we were on for Friday at the same time (4:30). Well I wasn’t surprised when 4:30 came and went and, yep, no Robert, no phone call, no text, not a word. I finally gave up and texted to say ‘cancel my appointment.’ And not one to not be consistent, he texted me back after an hour with an «okay.» Guess business must be good. How it can be… I have no idea.

I found Robert G. On Craiglist. He hung my T. V on my wall, concealed the wire and patched the holes for 350.00. The TV looks great patches are ok. My complaint is… he could not hook my newly hung tv back to my satellite. He patched all the holes and didn’t even check to see if the t. v/​antenna worked. So I had a mounted tv, with no cable/​antenna. I should of called a real electrician!!!:(
